GTC Mall sells the medium price of goods, also have groceries shop, specialty, food court, banks, atms and Matahari Dept. Store. Large parking area.

Before Trans Studio Makassar established, this mall is attractive and alive, now poor management of Lippo Group let the mall only operated just to survive, many outlet already empty and the tenants leave it since lack of visitor during weekdays, Hypermart just make exit ways and give up to be replace by new modern market Smart Club Trader. The biggest tenant that survive only matahari that within the last year also remain struggling and aggresively held 'night bazaar' almost everyday on the parking lot.
