  Mall di balikpapan baru yg mulai sepi Banyak konter2 tenant yg sudah tutup Butuh inovasi dan tempat hiburan sbg magnet yg dtg. Yg patut dikunjungi hanya matahari dan Hero, selebihnya gak worth it untuk dikunjungi.

  This is a small mall serving the local community of Balikpapan Baru; locally it is known by its old name, Mal Fantasi.
  
  It contains Hero Supermarket, Matahari department store, a few small shops, two salons and two coffee shops.
  
  Outside, one side is a car park (Rp3,000/stay) and the other side is a series of Rukos with shops, offices and some small eating establishments.

  One of shopping center in Balikpapan. It is located at Balikpapan Baru area. Not the biggest mall ini the city. But if you try to find some groceries, drug store, and dresses, this place could meet your needs. They also have coffee shop.

  It's just have few store and it's not crowded like other mall. But it has nice cozy coffee shop and I love it when I just have to pay once for the parking lot no matter how long I'm in the mall

  Best thing about this place is, it is not crowded, the tenants are not, yet not so many. No public transportation access.

  Matahari department store and Hero Supermaket are inside, at night outside have several culinary station. Venue at the center of many home clusters is strength point.
