Very terrible. Every stuff blaming another. No direct instruction. You will get lost here with signboards small but hanging in the sky. It's a centre that uses 1 general line to call customer and not telling who they are or where they need to go to collect parcel. Please improve. If I had a choice I wouldn't be here
3 days tried to call them, no one answered the phone. Don't know what phone number is there for.. =.="
Apparently POS to them means Piece Of Sh**. Bills, not delivered. Packages, not delivered. Mail, not delivered. What are they good for anyhow??? last 5 packages all had to be self collected.

Spending 45mins for 10 person queue.
My parcel reach them early 4th July, now 8th July still hasn't been delivered...my office is actually just 7km from their place...call but never picked up..tracking shows out for delivery for 4 days!!! worst service ever
They don't even deserve a 1 star given the service that they provide. Yes, they pick up your call. Then pass you on to another person. I called to check if I can go and collect my parcel since it is stated that the item is already at the facility. I know it would probably take ages to wait for them to send it to me. Without hesitation, I was told by the guy that they don't let you check for your parcels when you call and that you have to call the operator. (What are you on about? I called before to check for my parcels and they answered to all my queries) I then proceeded to ask a question and before I could finish, the guy hung up. Enraged, I called back. Explained to the first guy I spoke to that the other guy hung up on me. And the same thing happened all over again. Except this time when he passed me on to the other guy, no one ever picked up. Well, they did, about 3-4 times, for less than a second, just to check if I was still on the line. But when they heard I was still on the line they put me back on hold. Just waiting for me to hang up. Good job!

Good service !!!! Called poslaju pending and 1 of the ladies ask me to call directly line for checking my parcel under CD, but there is no one answer my phone from Friday, Sat and Monday! I try to call up almost 5 time per day, but still no one pick up the phone, it's really so busy? My parcel sent out from Penang on 19 Dec and until now haven received yet! Thought is taking for 7-15 day to arrive?! another funny thing is I call up another branch which is Jalan song another men tell my CD parcel will taking 1 month to reach me due to need custom scan?! So can someone exactly to confirm with me, how long for pos domestic to proceed my thing from west to east Malaysia?
