  I really dissapointed. I complained regarding broken safety belt. So I didn't use safety belt from Bogor to Bandung while I seat next to driver. It's so crazy!!! The cars machine sometimes off suddenly in highway. It's so dangerous. When I comolained and I ask for comoensation for the price, the operator, or owner message me with rude and cruel words!!! What a bad attitude!!! Bye MPX!!!

  travel bogor-bandung dengan mobil sedan (penumpang max: 3 orang), kalau lewat cipularang ada surcharge untuk tol nya yang dibagi ke penumpang yang ikut.
  
  Ps: ada supir2 yg suka ngebut, jadi minta aja supaya gak ngebut di awal..

  Kondisi mobil vios yg sdh tidak baik, biaya tambahan penjemputan dan tol tdk disampaikan di awal. Harga tidak murah. Bolehlah untuk alternatif terakhir

  We made a reservation via our hotel in Bogor. The all-in price was 350k for 2 adults and 1 baby. After paying the driver, who showed up in Bogor at 8am instead of 10am as arranged, he askes us for an extra 50k for the baby. After the dangerous drive with steeds up tot 145km/h, we were amazed by hiss demand.
  (Oh jeah, he also wanted to drop us off at the Selena hotel in stead of the Serena, as passend on during the reservation call)
  Staff at our new hotel couldnt help and staff via phone of mpx Travel wouldnt cooperate. Finally we gave him 20k extra tot get rid of him.

  first time using 3 passenger travel, not sure if too expensive or worth. Rp. 25k additional for toll tickets and tip Rp 15k total pay for Rp.190k . Old Car but professional driver.
