  This would be the place to go to have your car fixed if you have a Mitsubishi and you live North of Jakarta. They have very quick response, polite , and services are done professionally. I would usually just wait for the car to get fixed. The only thing about the place if the repair goes for a while is that you might end up needing to have your meal. That place have several restaurant that may take around 5 minutes walk, but you can ask the personnel in the waiting room to order food for you if you don't have delivery service in mind. Again good service overall. The thing is that this place might have their phone changed. Can't contact them to have an appointment for the last two weeks now.

  If u compare between mitsubishi and honda, honda is still better in term of service. Honda will clean ur car definately where as mitsubishi u hv to ask for it. In term of equipment honda also has more complete service equipment. For balancing and spooring mitsubishi doesnt hv any in-house equipment where as honda they hv it. Honda also has in-house air-con service center whereas mitsubishi u hv to bring ur car outside to do service ur aircon. For waiting area honda is more presentable with comfortable sofa and tv. Snack and drink are also served in all honda service center. Mitsubishi doesnt hv that kind of waiting area.

  Its a big showroom but the sales counter so passive.. she is not offering the promo to customer.. looks she doesnt know the product knowledge of the car very well.. i dont know maybe the others sales not like that..
