Not a good place to send document or package. They are no guarantee. Need more training in hospitality, especially the front office!

Not so good in time, they're always late about 5 to 6 minutes..the fastest they depart is 5 minutes away from schedule, even i have experienced 30 minutes late with them. But their car is in the good shape, they have new Toyota Hiace, isuzu elf, etc. The car seat is very comfortable with recliner leather seat, great air conditioning system..

Standard service. The reservation staff need more hospitality training. Serving without smile, lazy to explain the routes, but the driver work more better and work with full service. The transportation is standard vehicle.

Used MGo during April 2017 from Bandung to Sukarno Hatta Airport in Jakarta. The shuttle Bus departed on time. Arrival in Airport was delayed due to extreme traffic while entering & inside Jakarta city. Suggest travellers to depart from Bandung atleast 6 hrs before flight departure as Jakarta traffic is severe

Service payah, customer service tidak memberikan info lengkap seputar batas maksimal pengiriman paket, udah jauh-jauh sampai ke sana ditolak, lalu pelayanan counter judes, ga sopan dan ga solutif. NOT RECOMMENDED, gapunya etika
