  If you are looking for japanese books for affordable price, Mankitsu is recommended for you. This shop provides secondhand books with very good condition and if you are lucky, you can find new books here too. Unfortunately, the books are sorted by kana (Japanese letter) not by genre, so unless you know what are you searching for, you may find surprises by randomly searching for books! You can also rent books here by becoming a member. The location can not be seen from the road since it is hidden inside a hotel building next to a ramen shop.

  Hidden treasure in Melawai. You'll find loads of secondhand affordable Japanese book here. The owner and shopkeeper are also friendly.

  Good place for searching 2nd hand japanese literature book, you can find some manga too.
  good poin is the price just 10-20% from original price with conditions of books still 90% like new..
  for Japanese literature student, thus place is like heaven wwww!!
  bad news is, next month i heard this place will closed.

  Tempat yang gak asing untuk pecinta komik Jepang, disini tempat peminjaman sekaligus belanja komik, buku, dan novel asli Jepang baru maupun bekas, untuk minjem kalian harus jadi member dulu disana dan harganya cukup lumayan mahal sih. Kalau gw kesini biasanya nyari komik atau novel bekas, karena harganya lumayan beda jauh dengan harga buku baru (yang dijual di k1no******).

  本が好きなので行きます。古い本が多いので基本紀伊國屋書店よりは安いです。しかし、日本のBOOK・OFFには勝てないところもあります。。と、言うところの評価です。オーナーさんが居ないときは、英語が通じるインドネシアのお姉さんが留守番でいます。

  You can buy modern novels or comics or magazines in here. Really quiet and clean place. The place is on the side of the road near ramen restaurant. Parking lot ? Yes.

  Secara keseluruhan, toko buku ini cukup bagus untuk buku-buku berbahasa Jepang yang second, karena harganya cukup terjangkau. Ada juga koleksi manga yang bervolume, ada yang satuan ada yang sudah sepaket lengkap sampai jilid terakhir dengan harga yang lumayan menguras kantong. Sayangnya, untuk pemilihan tempatnya kurang baik sehingga saat orang masuk, jarak antara rak pun sangat sangat sempit. Ditambah penempatan dan penataan buku yang agak sulit untuk dicari satu per satu. Mungkin jika buku bisa disusun secara huruf aiueo, akan lebih baik lagi jika dikategorikan sesuai jenisnya seperti buku belajar bahasa, buku referensi, komik, majalah, novel, dllnya.
