Quite a nice place to stay the hotel exterior is charming, a lot of food courts, there's even a mall and convinience stores nearby. The breakfast is quite lacking in taste and variety and the rooms are sometimes not clean in certain areas. The service is also quite poor. Also a note is that the area is full of nightclubs and KTV, can be good for some but uncomfortable for others.

I went to their level 2 KTV. Its Good environment even though it is a little expensive. Good thing we have local guide with promo and only cost us 50k rupiah for a 3l Carlsberg tower and a medium size room

Staff are very friendly and helpful, Room is spacious and clean, Prompt room service, Located in a very convenient place, Ferry Terminal just across the road, Surrounded by Delicious food and not far from Shopping. Highly recommended for Good, Value for money stay.

Pros: Hotel room for normal Supreme room is big & comfy bed with window view also, & the location is near to Harbour bay ferry terminal just a 5mins walk to the hotel, can get around the hotel with taxi to Nagoya or other places n very cheap fare also.
Cons: breakfast choice is very limited but the staff is very polite & helpful. The room is not sound proof can get disturb easily especially during the wee hours.
Overall: I will definitely come back to stay again with this M-One hotel again. 😄response / report this review -

This hotel located near with the harbour bay port. So quite convenient for tourism that coming from malaysia or singapore. Although this place is not near with crowded malls but you still can go to other locations with taxi. There's a taxi counter around the hotel. For those that love night life, inside this hotel have ktv room also a pub. If u want to try others, also have another pub around that area.

Bought standard room for 450K and deposit is around 200K, at first is good impression. Until you came in and entering the lift. The smell quite smelly like there was filled with 1000 cigarrette. It’s not healthy at all especially for children and toddler. The air quailty is very poor. Same goes to the room when i enter. The shower curtain is disgusting! There are mole at the below part of the curtain. The hot water was a problem. Have to calling them and wait around 15minutes to can on. The switch for cooking hot water is spoiled, thought was the kettle but when i try charge my phone it’s totally no power at all. At the middle of night the pub sounds is way too loud and the wall is not soundproof. Even after renovation the hygiene standard is too low. The towel has stain from th rack. The table and the cup was too dusty even can seen by naked eyes. My husband and i keep sneezing non stop and too bad the power only can use by the room card so had to stay inside with th bad air quality. Last and not least the fridge inside got two cans of beer, so it’s not muslim friendly. Ordered some food and after that me and my husband straight away stomache and had diarrhea, the good thing there is GoJek to can buy medicine for us. Chicken wings seems not fresh, the omellete is too salty, milo ice or sugar ice with taste of milo? You can’t take any Pirate Car/Bike such as Grab car, grab bike or go car gojek at here because of the Taxi Gangster that will riot you so all the drivers will rejected tour request and said “RED ZONE” then forced us to walk until round about for 1km. Overall i feel not worth it for 450k per night.

Reasonable Price. Services was fantastic, All the staff are extremely pleasant. Clean and tidy room with great facilities. Really like the location, easy access to ferry terminal, shopping mall and many more. Food at level four were absolutely delicious. Great entertainment from the pub and karaoke. Definitely would not hesitate to stay here again.

I was here CI 2 Dec CO 3 Dec. Can not sleep all night. No choice. You will feel trapped.
Too noisy from KTV.
Bad music from karaoke came into your room. Broken shower.
Bad service from staf. They did not tell that music from Karaoke room can reach and very much disturbing. You will dial '0' and they will say not only you complaining about that music.
Not recommend at all.
