  Used to have more friendly price for the facial but still quite worth it. Took the medium facial, good for relaxing and professional extraction facial. Clean and on time.

  Had a very disappointing booking experience. Made a reservation a few days in advance agreed on the timing via whatsapp to the branch that I have always been ( Shangrila) . Arrived at Lumi Shangrila at agreed time only to realise it’s closed. Upon calling the whatsapp admin I was then told the booking was made for lippo mall puri branch. There was no clarification on the location during booking and as a customer I had no idea that all branches share the same whatsapp number. I was not informed by the admin on the location of the booking as well.

  Very clean environment. The customer service staff is friendly and helpful. The whole facial experience here is good and enjoyable. I wont hesitate to come back again for my routine facial. They could make the area bigger so the room wont seem squeezy..

  Very clean rooms. The therapist are friendly and polite. They have a lot of facial treatment to choose from. The beauty consultant will check your face condition before suggesting the suitable treatment for you. My face really felt different after the facial. I will go back again for another treatment. Remember to make an appoinment as they only have 7 beds.
