This Louise Kienne Hotel is placed in Simpang Lima Semarang. There is apartement in same building. You just walk out hotel to go to the Mall. I think room in this hotel is good, clean. Ac is cold, shower has cold and hot mode. There are hair dryer and locker inside cabinet . Food for breakfast is normal / not bad..

Great location, spacious rooms, giant cozy bed (can fit up to 2 adult and 1 child comfortably), and great hospitality..

Thus, the linens (beddings & towels)need extra care/change into new ones, also the cleaning service need extra care (rooms, bathrooms, breakfast area, lift flooring, and public area).

Parking area is small..

I've been dreaming to have one night staycation in this hotel becuse this hotel looks so luxurious and modern. It's located in the centre of Semarang, near Simpang Lima. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with their service. First, we had to wait too long only for check in with a limited couch around the lobby (means we had to stand up). Second, when we were about to enter our room, voila! It's actually somebody else's room. Double booked because of system error. Luckily we hadn't open the door because the room's owner was coming in the perfect timing as we were. And the staff didn't fixed the messed up condition quickly. I don't think to book this hotel anymore

Bad experience in this hotel. They only giving 1 key card to get to your room. So if ou are staying with 2 people, then you get sucked cause you got to wait your friend to get in the room

Room is clean, staffs are friendly, price is good, facilities are good. The rooftop pool is amazing. The location is excellent. Breakfast was delicious even though the restaurant was a little too small for a hotel like this.

the front officer called yosi is very warmfull, good ambition to service guest, mostly this hotel is good. located in center of semarang but the room is not clean. we booked 3 room all of them had dirty bedsheet ! hope in the future the house keeping can keep the room clean ! for yosi keep moving good👍

Nice 4 stars hotel. No doubt for the facility. But it kind of complicated access. You have to change lift twice for breakfast and walk about 70m. And you have to go to the ground level fisrt from 23rd floor (swimming pool and gym) to 9th floor (my room) and ask receptionist, didnt bring card access because still used by my friend at room. They only gave us one access card for 2 persons.

View is great over here. You can watch traffic and people's activities in a beautiful way in Semarang. And then the room is quite comfortable.

- room is not large, but quite comfort. Especially the bed, like it.
- bathroom is quite small. The shower room has no door or even a curtain. So the water were splashing out of the shower room.
- if you ask someone to pick you up, better stand by at the lobby before they come, so they don't have to wait for too long at the drop off poin, which has a very limited space.
- strategic location, near Simpang Lima. Very easy to find mall, if you like, and many choices of food nearby.

The worst experience i've ever had with a hotel. At first I went to Louis Kienne Pandanaran and got 750k for a night. Then, 5-10 minutes after, i go to Louis Kienne Simpang Lima and told that i have to pay 900k per night for same room, and they didnt give me any reason why i have to pay a higher rate with the same room (with a weird receptionist too -__-) What a shame for a "4 star" hotel smh..

Here for the Ramadhan breakfasting. The food choice is quite limited but tasty. The rooftop swimming pool is indeed awesome, not too big but great view. Location is just perfect. Parking lot is scary, they even have the anti-scratch on each corner and I saw there are lots of scars over there. Try it of you think you are an expert on driving & parking. Lol.

Wow!!! I like the room. It's big and confinient. And the picture I posted here, is the rooftop. They have swimming pool on top of the building. The staff said that we can watch and enjoy both sunrise and sunset there. I would come back here cause the location's just perfect too!

The location is good for photographing Semarang city. 23 floors in total. The facility is well maintained. The only downside is that there are staircases from hotel lobby to hotel lifts. Not convenient if you have big luggage.

The place is strategic close to Simpang Lima. Room is cozy enough also with the neatness. The sky pool pretty great. Too bad this place have a small road for building parking. The restaurant for breakfast too small and located in the other side of building. We have to take different elevator to take breakfast.

A strategic location, modern new building.
Clean room and comfortable beds, but unstable shower temperature.
Beautiful top floor swimming pool overlooking simpang lima.
Think again if you travelling with big cars. The parking space are limited and the ramps are only suitable for small cars.

Very strategically located and modern. Room is spacious and clean. And the view from the rooftop and the infinite pool is quite good. All stars are for this. I'd recommend to skip breakfast (just the usual porridge, fried rice and all its condiments, and breads that taste mediocre). Coffee is bad.
