Nyaman.. Selevel dg hotel budget lainnya, kalah di menu makan nya saja. Tapi untuk kota situbondo, hotel ini terbaik untuk saat ini

Nice an clean room, but i've got bad experience when i make booking directly to the hotel, i arrived at the hotel around 3 Am today, the receptionist ask me to paid 2 night and the reason quite unbelivable like we never stay at the hotelthis guy said that if we arrived around this hour its mean the hotel calculated for 2 night ( 1 night at june 4 and check out june 5 )..after short arguing finally the receptionist said OK, and before i paid the room charge the receptionist ask me for another 50% extra charge because i make late arrivalkind of tricky front officeand than i said i check in at 3 am aand check out at 8 am same dayafter arguing again andvthan the receptionist guy said OK again.what a bad experience

It's an educational purpose hotel for the SMKN 1 Panji vocational school, but it's fairly nice place to stay.

Gedung ini milik pemerintah, lebih tepatnya SMKN 1 Panji. Suasana tempat ini cukup nyaman dan menyenangkan. Kebersihan terjaga. Meskipun baru diditirikan, namun hotel ini sepertinya mampu bersaing dengan gedung oenginapan swasta lainnya. Good job

This hotel was not so recommended!
We book for one night stay only (thanks God we book only for one night),first look this hotel was okay..we check in and the receptionist give us the room on the corner, room was okay but we got housekeeping equipment warehouse in the front of our room..we just let it slipped because to tired from driving all day.
Second things tv channels was broken all night,we keep call the receptionist and they give us same answer,still fix the problem.
And the last thing what made us so mad is water doesn't work at all in the morning!!! The receptionist still gave same answer,they still fix the problem.
Service,staff and this hotel is not professionals, no hospitality at all.response / report this review -
