  Skip it. Oddly institutional air to this place with it's steel doors and gulag sense of decor. The wall partitions don't go anywhere near the ceiling, so any time your neighbour opens the door, goes to the toilet or scratches their arse you cop an earful. Plus the open plan air flow allowed the neighbourhood rooster to serenade me from 4am. The adage "you get what you pay for" in no way applies in this instance, as I'd stayed in cheaper places with both hot water and western toilets just prior to this cacophonous fleapit.
