Basing this rating on my experience at several Indonesian hotels, not American ones. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this was simply bad. Was not clean, there was hair all over the floor, the bathroom was very very dirty, like actual dirt and grime under toes after using the shower. Hot shower yes but no way to throttle so I nearly burned my back it was so hot, had to switch to bucket and mix in cold and hot instead. Also the toilet seat was nearly broken off, I almost fell off the toilet trying to use it becouse the seat slid out from under me. Not very private either, windows on the wall barely covered with paper allowing people to see in if they want. The only reason I didn't get royally pissed off and demand better was becouse I was very sick at the time and desparate for a place to just rest. Currently staying in a very clean hotel for the same price I was charged at New HORAS. Don't waste your money.
