  Great service for such bad exposed airline. The office is rather deserted, though. It's quite hard to recognize whether they are still operatibg or not, but then I found out that they do still operate.

  Representative office for Lion Air in Surabaya, you can only access it from Jalan Biliton.
  The system is down mostly all the times, you should have called first to make sure the system is up before you go there. And even there is a sign that said "Free Parking", there is an impolite person in charge for collecting the parking fee.
