Beware if you're dealing with this company. Saya beli product water heater Wika dengan garansi maintenance selama setahun, tetapi ketika meminta tehnisi datang untuk maintenance berkala selalu aja ada alasan nya. Mereka bilang tidak ada tangga karena atap saya agak tinggi tetapi sudah lewat 6 bulan tangga tersebut masih belum ada, benar-benar tidak professional, bahkan head of maintenance yang namanya Aurin tidak membalas message saya ketika diminta pertanggungjawaban. Telpon kantor selalu bilang akan di follow up but best believe itu tidak akan pernah ditanggapi. Hati-hati jika dealing dengan sales dengan nama Laura, dia sering lepas tangan dan hanya Akan membantu ketika membeli product. After sales service? None. Service was utterly disappointing, I strongly suggest to look other company if you're considering to buy Wika water heater. I'm sorry Lintas Daya if this is the way you're treating customer you will not last long, or perhaps you only prioritize the big project clients that Laura always use as a reason for not coming to do the maintenance. To prospect clients my only advise is to beware, the level of service here is really unacceptable.
