Just had lunch here and everything was fantastic 👌 The place is nice and cosy, the kind of shelter you are looking for in a city you don't know. Welcoming staff, good wifi and comfortable seats. I had different dishes and everything was delicious from the fried calamari, to the smoothie bowl, to the iced latte. The prices are really reasonable. So that's a must do in Sanur 😆

Great food, homey place.. Recommended.. Food presentations also neat and clean. Nice waiter/s, they knows the products and they will help us if we have a request regarding our food. Quite full at dinner time, better you make a reservation first.

Lilla warung has the best food in hole of Sanur. Also the staff is very nice. Try their gado gado cause it is amazing. I highly recommend this warung for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Great local warung where friendly staff serve a selection of tasty bites including great breakfast. Cool vibes and drinks too! Very family friendly. Definitely worth a visit when in Sanur

The food was excellent but the shake and smoothie were very poor. I really enjoyed the tuna steak and my girlfriend liked her chicken schnitzel. However, her shake and my smoothie were thinnest and warmest we have seen anywhere. Considering that the two drinks were one third of the bill, it really took away from the experience because it felt like a complete lack of effort.

Decent food. The lalapan was nice. I wanted to rate 3 but Mrs insisted on 4.

Was disappointed by the place! Expected more legit local food based on the reviews, but they turned out to serve more western food. And even my Balinese dish came in western plating! Definitely not for tourists looking for through and through local food.

Nice staff, comfortable place in front of the beach. The coffee is good. We have tried the happy hour PLAGA wine, 4-6pm. Will come back for sure.

Little gem of a place. Great food and good service. We had a lovely meal for six with beers, juices and mid range priced food and the whole meal came to IDR800000. Luckily we have lots of time in Sanur to go back a few more times.

Good food, fast and friendly service and good location (little hard to see the sign from "main street"). We had pepesan ikan, koloke and tuna steak and all of our foods were delicious.

Location stunning ,atmosphere lovely ,and a smattering of word dishes but in future we must learn to eat Roman cooking when u n Rome as the none Indonesian or Bali orientated dishes left so much to be desired nachos, pasta, and a totally undercooked bannana fritter took the shine off the evening totally,so guys if you are going to do foods from around the world please research what the real thing actually has in it please !! Staff were absolutely lovely.friendly ,and so helpful !! So it's really just down to some research and cheffing advice !!!

Besides our cooking class , this was one of the best places to eat. They know their customers, so welcome greets are in English Dutch and I heard German too, they don't speak ik, but it's a nice geste. Like almost all Balinese people very friendly.

To the Owner of Lilla Warung.
First of all, i like to say that the food is lovely your fried chicken is tender and tasty! My family and i have been to your restaurant several times. Nice, clean and smoke free during the day.

But at night, when we had our dinner, it was a disaster. Your Staff Kadek was trying to fill the restaurant to the maximum until there was no place to breathe as the table next to us about 6 of them were all smoking away regardless of who was around them.

Your staff, Kadek should have asked the customers if they are smoking and it would be desirable to put the smokers closer to the entrance of your establishment rather than inside.

My family and I were sitting close to the Cashier's counter. None of my family members smoke and my children were throwing up their food after we left the restaurant due to all the smoking from the next table.

Secondly, could you kindly teach Kadek how to clean the tables as she was literally throwing all the remnants of food from the next table unto our table. We told Kadek to caution but she laughed at us not realising her rudeness.

All in all, the food was lovely and we will be back. Regards.

Ordered the Nasi Goreng Supreme, which is the regular goreng (fried rice similar to the Chinese fried rice) plus an omelette on top, fried chicken, two chicken saute on a stick, and a promise of "shrimp and prawn". Well, there was just one prawn, no shrimp, the fried chicken was very dry and hard, and the chicken saute on a stick was also dry and difficult to chew. It's my third week in Bali, so I know this isn't how this dish is supposed to taste. Maybe others had a better experience here.

Our favorite restaurant at our stay in Sanur. Ate here twice a day! Safe to eat seafood (and also delicious). The sparkling water that comes in "used Fanta bottles" that many people are commenting on are washed at the factory before refilling, just like they did with glass bottles in Europe in the old days. For some reason Fanta is also the brand for sparkling water in Indonesia. (took us som research to find that out, just like the spanish where we usually go on vacations, their english skills are not that great).

Not good. Surprised at the ratings, as it's really the worst meal I've had in Bali. Not that it was horrible- service was good, plating was nice, ambiance is lovely- but just underscores how great most food, even run-of-the-mill Warangs really are. Fish was FISHY, as in, did not taste fresh. There were a ton of fillers (tofu, rice) on the plate and not great flavors. Maybe I ordered the wrong dish, but given the diversity of mediocre stuff on the plate, I think I've had enough to come to a conclusion.

Excellent service and ambience. I ate the crispy duck lalapan, which was nicely tender, if not having too many bones. Moderate prices for Bali. Definitely a nice place to go if you're looking for a relaxed evening dinner.

Busy and lovely atmosphere in this off the main strip warung. Great food. Kitchen open so no worries there. Was a bit nervous at eating in a small place but how silly was that. Best food in Sanur and a shame we only found it after 2 weeks here.

    Nice food, great coffee
Dropped by several times, for lunch and coffee with my wife, as we were walking past it often. The coffee is great, and they have a number of “healthy juice” variations which are fresh and tasty, good stuff. Had lunch there one day, and the food was fine but not exciting, my “rendang” lacked normal spices and was a bit bland, imho… Staff helpful (but a little pushy about coming back for dinner). Anyway, the place is nice and well worth a visit when passing by.

We've been there hoping to find a good dinner after reading all the comments here. However, it was the BEST food we had since being on Bali! A beautiful atmosphere in a calm environment. The service was very kind and friendly. Everything was clean and appropriate.

We shared the Nasi Campur. Very delicious, but we missed a little bit of sauce - there was none at all. The watermelon juice was great, and so was the energizer drink made of turmeric and tamarind juice. The Sanur Beach cocktail was ok.

Summarised a real jewel, a bit off from the main street and all the tourist traps. Prices are fair.

We will come back for sure, hoping the experience will be as good as today.

We had an early diner here, nice menu with both western, Bali and fusion food. As our daughter is a bit of a difficult eater this was great for us as we had Bali food and she a pumpkin soup. Quality of both very good, also friendly staff. Will probably come here again.

I have been here for dinner and for breakfast.

The dinner was great. The tuna steak was delicious.

The breakfast options are not great and the portions are quite small. The prices for breakfast are a bit high for what you actually get.

    You should try seafood combo.
