Worst service ever! Was submitting visa with this company. First it tooks 2 days to get to the person in charge Ms.Dayu, because she was always out, on the way, busy and etc. Then we finally met her and submit our visa, she said it will be ready on the end of March. It's 4 of April, we trying to contact Ms. Daya already for a week and the same story as in the beginning, ignoring all our phone calls and massage, always out of office. Trying to contact office and looks like the only thing they can say that she is not there and they know nothing. We have to fly out in a few days and getting really nervous and frustrated with all of this situation. Would recommend or get back to this company again!
