I booked in-room pool villa and everything was amazing about it. The room was nice and clean with modern decor, the pool was excellent with great views of the ocean, washroom was huge with very good bathing tub. The food at the restaurant was great too. Loved staying here with the family.

Rooms were big and spacious and services from staff is great. Good range of choices for buffet Breakfast spread and food quality is not bad. Pool is only probably good for dipping as it's a small 1.2 m pool. Nearest mall(not a good mall) is 30 mins drive so you might want to save your time by not going. Otherwise good chill out and relaxing spot.

Overall great experience! Our group consists of elderly, adults, teenagers and children; the resort offers a variety of entertainment that kept everyone happily occupied. Buggy service is excellent, they are friendly and always put a SMILE on their face. Keep it up!
We love the idea of hibiscus walk, and hawker style dining area just in front of beach. However, the hawker food is terrible. We tried Satay, Indian food, Seafood, Fried rice & Fried Noodles, none of them are good. We donโ€™t mind to pay at high price but at least the food must be average.
Average buffet breakfast at a fair price of RM40.

A unique environment for relaxation accompanied by sea breeze and sound. We occupied the sea view premium pool room, with the room facing the man-made fountain at the middle of the sea. If you have extra budget, go for more than 1 day because it's truly soothing for the soul ๐Ÿ˜Š

Lots of room but plenty of space to not feel it. We stayed at the sea view villa. The room was nice. Big enough for a family of 4. Nice layout too and plus point - it comes with a dipping pool and a sauna!

Breakfast was a good spread. Really good. We didn't get to enjoy the rest of the activities (saw a plenty on the beach side) but definitely coming back to try them all out.

If you are taking the water villa, try and ask for the one facing the sea. There are plenty of buggies around to transfer you from villa to main building but with the fresh sea breeze, do take your time to walk and enjoy the nature :)

The resort isn't too bad. It's clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and they make up the rooms timely.

I loved that they added some new things to use the beach. Would be good if they levelled the sand a bit more for the volleyball court which is all the way at the back.

One thing that bugs me is the outdoor toilet by the pool. It's really clean don't get me wrong but it's tiled flooring so when a few people who are wet go use the bathroom. It becomes a danger. I slipped during my last visit there and hurt my ankle pretty bad

Food isn't that good tho. Standards have definitely dropped since my first visit last year.

Overall if you are going for a relaxing getaway it's pretty good but plan ahead.

Good facilities and friendly staff. Dedicated parking building for guests is good but a little on the tight size for larger vehicles. Good room amenities with the dedicated pool and sauna. Check-in queue was a little on the long side given public holiday but reasonably fast service with a lots of counters. The food stalls within the premises near the beach are also pretty good and given the location, the prices were more reasonable than expected. Great place to bring families for those who have kids to play with the mini water park there.

Stayed in a panoramic view room. Room is spacious and can comfortable fit 4 adults or 4 adults + 2 young kids. Sauna didn't work in my room unfortunately. They had a food street which is good. Price is approx 10rm per dish. But other than that there's not much other food around other than hotel restaurants. Service crew is great and extremely friendly. They increased the number of buggys as well

The receptionist are very helpful. We arrived early but they help us to get a room quickly. The room is very comfortable for 4 person. The view from the balcony is great (sea view). The pool is small but it was ok. The bathroom was smelly although it was clean. The sauna room works great. Free movie in the room but we didn't come here to watch movies. The room service was helpful. I wanted to borrow a lighter to lit up the birthday cake, a crew member lend me his personal lighter. Overall experience is good.

Location wise not perfect as there's not much around outside of hotel, but hotel itself is excellent. Very good service from all the staff, room is spacious and clean. Only problem with our room was that the steam room wasn't quite working. Other than that everything else was perfect. Really nice pool in the room.

Water villa was huge! 2 king size beds in each room. Love it that the private pool was facing the afternoon sun so the water was warm even at night! Food in the hotel generally good. Was there for 6 days and no repetition of menu for lunch and dinner buffet at Roselle.

The room is spacious and the hotel facilities are ok. But the staff services definitely need a major improvement. We call for the housekeeping for our room to be clean up in the morning but after we got back to our room in the evening, our room is still not clean up. The buggy service and staff in the wave dining restaurant were bad. We were very disappointed with our trip. Won't be coming back to this hotel in the future.

Nice 5* resort with activities to entertain the kids, like giant bubbles, water sports. Activities and food are not expensive, dinner by the beach food court was nice and not expensive.
We stayed in the Sky pool villa, in room pool was ice cold and wasn't really suitable to swim in it. But breakfast was very good spread. In room tv has a selection of movies with good sound system. Kids playground at RM20/hour.

Words cannot describe how this place is. Out of all the places I have stayed around the world this has to be in the top 3. Clean and friendly. Amazing service, food is great along with the views and activities available on site. During my stay some Royal family came for dinner with the Army Generals, as you can imagine the security and the level of service. Staff handled like it was nothing. Very professional.

Place is really very relaxing. By the sea, good for beach activities, but not if you're looking for other types of activities. Lobby is far from the villas (obviously since the villas are in the sea). Buggy service is provided to get you to the villas, but you might not always be lucky to catch one. There are different facings for the villas. Try getting the sea facing one! Stayed in a premium pool villa. Room is huge, with 2 king sized comfy beds (and lots of pillows provided). Private pool is good for a dip. Try not to lean against the glass for safety reasons. Life buoy is provided in every villa.

Its a five star hotel. It have a great view (sea and landscapes), very nice building and decorations. I've been there twice because of working purpose but have not yet stay there. The price and rates is a bit high (read from pamplet and web). Food is quite good and suit my taste.

Except for Lighthouse, majority of Staff here are not friendly. That ambience and warmness for such a place is missing. The atmosphere of resort and fun is lacking. Perhaps outsourcing your rides (tri cycle) and electric bikes or even the solo wheelers is better. I am sorry to say that my last experience here was PD Avalon (10 years) ago was better. Such a resort, holiday like feel is lacking here. LEXIS Hibiscus - you can do better. Maybe we had much higher expectation of you. All in the individual pool, sauna room was great and the Room facilities were on par. Nonetheless, thank you for the Lexis Hibiscus experience.

A complete get-away experience if you want to escape the busy city life. Everyone will greet you with a warm smile, activities are available, room villa designs are exquisite and the variety of restaurants and food are fantastic. A must try is the helicopter ride where you get a full aerial view of Lexis Hibiscus plus get to see the oldest lighthouse in Malaysia. My mom and daughter had a once in a lifetime experience here, they love it!

The adult swimming pool is only for photo illustration, not suitable for swimming as the tall only 1.2 m. The room internal swimming don't have a seat for jacuzzi, not user friendly. Overall, the room is big and nice, I took nice photo without much enjoyment. I wouldn't suggest to stay more than 1 night.

Lovely resort. Stayed in the Seaview Room at the main hotel. It has more privacy as compared to the over-water villa. Huge room- 2 showers, 2 wash basins, one pool, one steam bath room, one bath tub, 2 queen sized beds and one huge balcony. Clean too. The premise is huge with awesome views. Great place for holiday overall. Sea water isn't as pristine as some other exotic locations, but much cleaner than Port Dickson in general.

Buffet spreads for evening cocktails are limited, breakfast was decent and room service food was pretty fast and tasty.

Lots to do if you are staying for a few days, and the helicopter ride is an interesting gimmick.

The private pools are a nice touch, but the rooms are starting to show signs of wear and tear under the hot tropical sun.

Staff can converse in English quite well and do a great job to explain the facilities available.

Good place for sisters gathering, we stayed at sky pool villa equip with handicap facilities. Spacious and clean. Many metal holders , but doesn't matter. There are metal barriers beside the dip pool and the glass wall at balcony, also with the help buttons. There are 3 sinks, 3 large mirrors, big bath room with 3 shower-heads and 1 bath tub. If dun mind, sisters can shower and makeup together don't need worry about the waiting time or who go first. Our steam room was not functioning, and the hotel engineer able to fix it for us, the service was excellent.

The stay at Lexis Hibiscus was pleasant although it was stated that I can only check in at 4pm, I got mine at 2PM. The view was awesome from the Sky Lounge and the beach was clean. The only thing I hope they could improve is to link all their various outlets to be able to charge to the room's bill (i.e. The stalls @ Hibiscus walk, kids play area, etc)

At first glance, the lobby is really spacious, and the staffs around were friendly and accommodating. The buggy service was fairly alright, as they had a buggy waiting in line to send the arriving customers to their designated rooms.
One of the biggest fault with this newly build resort, is the TV signal as i encountered it to quickly disconnect from its portal within half an hour, and every time we would need to call the lobby to get someone to be sent to fix it, and the service in that respect was fairly inefficient as we would need to call at least 3 times to get a response.
The food that was served during breakfast was fairly good, as it had various choices to choose from. However, the system of having to change cash to vouchers is one which sometimes is troublesome.
The rooms, were spacious and the view is beautiful, given it is located in PD, however if you have a look at the 'Hibiscus flower' layout, try to get the rooms that is facing towards the open sea, rather than the one facing towards the hotel or other rooms directly.

I stayed at Grand Lexis Port Dickson many years ago over a family trip and it was very lovely. So I decided to return to try out the fairly new Lexis Hibiscus with my fiancรฉ recently but it's really bugging me that they don't have rooms with just one King size bed! I really wonder why do they only provide family rooms all equipped with TWO King size beds. After all, it would be weird or even a bit creepy for an 'extra' bed in the room, wouldn't it?

Very high end and pricey however its all worth the price. They have 24hr buggy service to get to your villas. The beds are comfortable and cosy. Each Villa comes equipped with steam room and private dipping pool. Service was generally good with all the staff courteous and friendly. Food is a little on the mediocre side, but it will get you by. Expect to pay for pretty much everything.

I want to appreciate those staff for their professional services attended to my request when i check-in especially the malay girl not remembered her name and the chinese manager ms christin for their prompt and efficient services rendered to me. She make our stay very comfortable and we enjoyed so much for the 2 nights stay in the beautiful resort... The environment is warm and comfort. Staff service is superb. My children enjoyed the buggy ride and the pool too. The Light House staff that attended to my breakfast was so humble they even took great care of my elderly mother. The Roselle Ala'Carte menu to have more varieties. Overall the resort is beautiful and staff and services is professional. Good memory and surely to come back in the next holiday...
