  No one answer phone calls. So I went directly to the service center at Mangga Dua Square. Wanted to buy a laptop charger, they told me need to wait 30 days. So what the heck should I do? Take a vacation for a month? I wouldn't buy any more Lenovo products.

  Your bureaucracy is horrible, they stated that it will take 7 to 14 days, and well look at the calender right now, its been well over a month now, and it doesn't seem like it's finished. I submitted my laptop on the 13th of december, and untill now, its not finished yet.

  Don't give a crap about you or your product. Happy to throw you into bureaucracy and happily state you have to wait 14 days without considering this might be too long. Useless and inefficient. Puts me off buying lenovo ever again

  The service center is willing to help, but the technicians are not up to standard could not fix my yoga pro 3 tab and i had to go back 6x, and still waiting for them to repair. The front line people are nice, but the skill of the repair center is just not there. BAD. deserve 1 star. Go somewhere else for repair I suggest.
