Place comfortable enough, good cinema however exit from cinema is directly to outside and need a little bit effort if you want to pee because should take a long walk to return back in cinema and found the toilet.

Best/bigger range products to shop at ACE, Informa and Transmart. The variations of food should be improved. Love the underground alley to cross the road, making it easier to take the car/grab/uber

This is the most complaisant place to conduct any interpersonal meeting. Some five-star restaurants with their mouthwatering delicacy are also located here. I can consider it as a city super block for some apartments can also be found around it.

Only good for cinemas, late night bars, and yoshinoya. Parking space are terrible, going up and down between the levels is just a pain. Lastly, lenmarc has less tenants.

Place is actually ok, very spacious and pretty quiet. But maybe that's because there's nothing much to see here :(

A very high end mall. Most of upscale brands and restaurants are here. I love to go here for their ACE Hardware, the sales officers are mostly helpful and willing to do that extra miles to make you happy.

The apparel stores are exquisite, too. But not sure if my taste can match the common taste.

Resto and food are mostly well managed and delicious. They really appreciate customer here because the mall is very quiet. Anyway it's one advantage also for visitors since no reason for the sales attendants to be overwhelmed.
