Amazing center. Owners and dive instructors are all very friendly and professional, included the capitan of the boat which was also experienced (they have a very good boat). The center has an international environment. The staff speaks fluent English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. I did a refresh and 4 dives and I would repeat it if I had longer time in Lembongan.

Highly professional staff. Went to take my open water diving license. Struggled through the quizzes and exams. Swallowed a bunch of water. Passed out at 10 pm at night due to exhaustion. But, thanks to the grace and patience of my instructor, I obtained that sought-out license. Though, didn't get to see manta nor mola2. Well, it gave me excuse to go back again ;)

So we walked into the dive shop. We sat down. We just asked for information about the open water course. The owner gave us a super detailed explanation of everything. We thought about it during lunch. We did it. Best decision ever. Our instructor was amazing. He goes by the name of Frank. He is from France. He was like a friend. We felt super safe and comfortable during the whole course. He explained everything super clear, his English was perfect, he was very patient. We did four beautiful dives, we will definitely come back for fun dives here, now we have our open water. Oh and Frank, we owe you a Jaffle. Thanks for everything.

I did the Manta Point and Mangroves dive with Legen Diving and had a wonderful experience. They were reasonable priced and provided an incredible experience. This is a great group for experienced and beginner divers! The mantas were incredible
And the underwater life at the Mangroves was unforgettable! I highly recommend them and if I come back I will be diving through Legen again! Have fun on your next dive!

Just finished my open water course and didn’t drown! When I started I was very unsure about diving because I had just snorkeled for the first time a few weeks before and I thought that was hardbut now that I’m finished I feel very confident and comfortable under water. There was almost nobody else in my sessions so I had a lot of time with my instructor and we practiced key skills. In our open water dives we were very fortunate to see multiple mantas, eagle rays and turtles. Visibility was not great in most of the dives but we still saw some great stuff. Thx yan front desk guy always smiling. Legend diving was very professional and as a bonus they have a great logo - looks great on their shirts! I wish they had a go pro so I could get some shots of me in action under water.

Had a fantastic time at Legend getting my advanced open water! I just wanted to do two adventure dives at first, but the great facilities, staff, and dive spots ended up with me doing the AOW course haha. The dive instructors are super thorough with the details and take great care of you. If you get Frank - you’re sure to spot many things in the water as he sees all of it and points them out to you. Without a doubt I recommend Legend Diving!

My diving experience with Legend Diving Lembongan was extraordinary! I am an experienced diver and had traveled a lot, dove in many different countries and places. Legend Diving is probably my best experience so far. Everything is well run, organization is excellent, captain and crew always smiling and keen to help. The instructors are very knowledgeable and it's actually very nice to be able to talk about this very specific nudi or this fish behavior and having someone in front of you that's know exactly what you are talking about! The facilities are impressive! Big deep swimming pool, large and comfortable zone of briefing, great gears You have a delicious lunch on board, fresh fruits an beverages. They take care of everything and back to the dive center, we have a proper time to do log books, talking about our day and chill out! Definitively recommend Legend Diving for anyone coming in Bali, they are 5 stars +++

Well, where to start? If you want to experience some of the most professional, competent, qualified and awesome people associated with scuba diving anywhere in the world look no further. From the moment I walked into the shop Jess was so kind and helpful with what she had to offer and comprehensively took me through the dives available. I arranged to do my Advanced Course and was introduced Sid who was just an absolute legend! He was very approachable and an excellent teacher. When it came to the dives he was very experienced and I felt completely safe with him in the water knowing he was my instructor. If you are planning to dive in Indonesia you need to introduce yourself to Legend Diving Lembongan as you will not find a better operation on the island! Happy diving! Jason Moffett - Australia :)

Back then I went to lembongan as a fun diver. This time I learn as a rescue diver.
The place was so clean everywhere, but the pool still in construction. I think maybe the end of this month it will be finished.
The time I spent in this place was an amazing experiences, the instructor (Jess and Sidik as I remember) was very patience to teach how to become a conservative diver that can enjoy without destroying anything. They are very welcome to me when I come to the shop, they ask me I'm a certified diver or not and do the talking very good. Even when I ask silly question, they didn't mock me and just explained for the reason slowly. Everything so organized, the instructor know what to do, the staff always using uniform and very welcome give me the right size of the equipment, the crew boat is very good for handling the boat. The services is very awesome, they ask me for water, lunch, fruit, tea/coffee before and after diving. It's awesome!
It's a very recommended place to do your diving course in here! I'm assure you. Enjoy!

I went Snorkeling with them a few days ago, the team delivered the best service, they took me to a real life aquarium of Toya Paka- Nusa Lembongan with crystal clear water, I was Help by Jessi and Anaelle, these two beautiful instructors guided me with a very in depth knowledge of Marine life and Snorkeling until i felt so comfortable and relaxed to enjoy the spectacular views of under water life.
Boat captains displayed a long-term experience of handling the in the low tide situation.
It was an unforgettable experience, thank you for all team, keep up the excellent work.

so good to dive with these lovely people. As an experienced diver (old instructor) myself I was very impressed with how smooth their whole operation was from start to finish. The equipment was all in excellent condition, and the staff were very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. The dive centre itself is 30 seconds walk to the beach, no need to carry all the equipment as the staff do it all, and set it up there waiting for you on the boat. Jesse our instructor/ guide gave an excellent dive briefing and boat saftey briefing, and was attentive under water. SD was my favourite dive site, beautiful coral and all the indo tropical fish you could wish for. I will come back another time and see them all again. All in all great experience. Thanks guys!

I spend few days with the team of Legend and get a great time with them all! The diving is incredible from Manta rays, mola-mola, dolphins but also turtles and thousands of fish swimming on a colorfull reef. One of my best place to dive so far! The service is excellent and safety always number one! Equipment is in real good shape, food is good and briefings brilliant! I will definitively recommend this place and come back for more dives.

Firstly, I have never written a negative review for yelp/Tripadviser/Facebook/etc. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but I feel the need to share my experience so that others can avoid this situation.
This is a review from my experience in March 2017. I waited to review Legend Diving because I had to work with PADI to file my official complaint--and because I still can't really believe this all happened. However I have since talked with numerous dive shops and dive professionals who are equally as shocked that this occurred at a PADI dive shop.
I went to Legend Diving to get earn my Divemaster but quickly realized safety, organization, or preparation was not the highest concern for Legend Diving. Ricardo, the owner, was very disorganized, usually talking to me with his baby on his lap and yelling at divemasters and other workers and answering phone calls all while losing his train of thought-- he is juggling way too many things at once, the least of which being the safety and concerns of his paying customers. My course work and pool dives were non-chalant and not scheduled. My divemaster, Jesie, even spoke of how disorganized Ricardo was.

One thing that confused me was that through all of Ricardo's frantic disorganization, there was not a single dive scheduled the entire week on their calendar-- I was the only one there yet somehow the least of his concerns. Furthermore, my concerns about the weather were consistently ignored, even though other dive shops cancelled dives (there was an earthquake while I was there plus unseasonal current & weather issues) Ricardo insisted that I would be fine. It was as if he was desperate to have at least one schedule dive that week, regardless of safety..
After 5 days on the island I ended up being forced to leave Legend Diving-- and when I say forced, I mean forcefully kicked out. Ricardo aggressively yelled and spit in my face, verbally harassed me and threatened me, and even followed me a ways down the street as he yelled profanities at me to 'leave his island.' This all stemmed from me asking for my diving written materials (since I paid for them) so that I could do my training at a different shop. I did not feel comfortable continuing at Legend Diving for obvious reasons, and Ricardo was not happy as I had only paid for my OW and not my full DM, yet, thankfully. Ricardo acknowledged that he should give me the materials as I paid for them but he refused to actually give them to me because I was a 'smart a**.' He also changed his refund policy mid-conversation and this is when he became violent. He then proceeded to become aggressive and kick me out. I know a paying customer being harassed by a dive shop owner sounds ridiculous, it was, but I recorded the entire aggressive encounter on my phone because I was legitimately fearful for my safety--and to have proof of this insane customer service experience. I still can't really fathom that this happened.
While I am obviously now home, safe, and confident that I made the right decision to leave Ricardo's shop (I have since done my training elsewhere and seen how a true PADI shop runs smoothly and professionally) I just want to warn other travelers. I am sure this comment will get a snarky response, but I have proof and the acknowledgement from PADI SouthEast Asian headquarters that this should never have happened--of course. I strongly urge solo traveler's (especially women) to avoid this shop. I also urge travelers who ask for any sort of refund or course materials to take back-up as you will be harassed. I only hope that Ricardo is not as demeaning and aggressive to his wife and daughter

To be upfront, my friends and I did not spend time at this dive school, because they cancelled our reservations 5 days before we were slated to arrive in Nusa Lembongan. This was all due to the fact that my gf sent them a curt email about their lack of attention to our arrival time and informing us that we have to spend one less night at their accommodations and having to make other arrangements for our first night in Bali, one week prior to our trip. It is natural for anyone to feel dismayed.

But to our surprise, the manager responded in kind, and proceeded to cancel our reservations and refunded us because she could not take criticisms. The management is utterly unprofessional in their customer dealings. Never have I experience similar treatment from any businesses anywhere in my life.

Would definitely NOT recommend this dive school to anyone looking to dive. Taking a note from Legend's reply to us, "you can always look for the numerous other dive schools on the island." Ended up doing our dives with Two Fish, and the experience was rather pleasant! Thankfully, they were able to accommodate us in such short notice!

Hi everyone! Lembongan Is my favorite destination in bali to dive. I discover Legend Diving last year just after the opening, and I have to say that there are really professional and nice people! Everything is really organized in the shop and on the boat. All the equipment is new, and well maintained. They take time for you, and make you feel confortable, explaining all you have to know about the dive sites, witch ones can be tricky sometime, about the current and all you have to know about the Mantas!
I can only recommend you to go diving with them, there are awesome!!

Great staff, new equipment, felt super safe during my fun dives. Also leaves a little earlier than other shops which guarantees you to be the first on the dive site. Important with so many divers in the area. Highly recommended! Nice boat and great captain as well. 11/10 points

A friend of mine recommended Legend Diving Lembongan and I can only pass this recommendation on to everyone else! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The day I wanted to dive was fully booked but they gave me some lovely recommendations for snorkeling spots and other things to do around the island. I walked into a few other dive shops to see if I could dive that day but they were quite unfriendly and/or seemed unprofessional - so I rather waited to dive with Legend Diving which was worth it. I had 6 very nice dives at dive sites around Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida. Small groups made the dives even more enjoyable. Thanks for everything - hope to dive with you again in the future!

Did my research before choosing Legend. The team took the time to communicate details via email very promptly. I booked and found the team to be professional and they had quality gear (cressi fins, scubapro bcd etc).
Enjoyed myself so much I bolted on some dives the next day too.

Fantastic. Cannot recommend Legend Diving enough! Run by Isabel and Ricardo who have years of experience in the Nusa Lembongan/Penida area this dive centre is all I could ask for. Knowledgable staff, new equipment, thorough briefings, great boat, excellent boat captain and some fantastic dive sites. I spent a wonderful few days diving with Legend Diving, they specialise in small groups so you never feel crowded and safety was always a priority.

The mix of dive sites means that it's definitely worth coming to Nusa Lembongan for a few days to get your diving fix rather than diving from Bali. Some of the dive sites can be challenging but the rewards are worth it (Mantas or Mola Mola(in season)) but again Ricardo and Isabel know the conditions and will endeavour to fulfil your wishes safely.

All in all an absolutely first class operation, if you like small groups, great service, knowledgable guides and some fantastic diving dive with these guys!

We loved it!

Wow! We had the great holidays ever! after 3 years working in a row, it was delighted to spend some time with Ricardo and Isabel, the owners of the shop. We spend 3 amazing days diving with mantas, turtles, tunas there were fish everywhere! My wife Jessica, was a bit worried as she didn´t dive for a while, but everything went smooth! We were really pampered, being sure that we were always comfortable and feeling safe. we really appreciate that! Thanks guys, we are back home but i´ll promise we will come back soon!

“Amazing dive experience and great people!”
Spending my holidays in Bali, my plans were to dive with Mantas as I heard Nusa Penida was "the" spot to do so. I´ve first get in touch with dive centers in Bali but quickly get advised to go straight to Nusa Lembongan, closer and cheaper than Bali mainland. Indeed it was a great decision! This island is a real paradise and people are so friendly! I´ve been recommended Legend Diving to dive with and once more, I couldn´t have take a better decision! I´ve been welcoming by the owner Isabel and i´ve been diving with her husband Ricardo who knows everything about diving and the dive sites around! He always had a great story about this or that and we laugh a lot! Everybody was feeling like home and so I was! Such a shame that I couldn´t stay longer! I would love to go back on my next holidays to see all the excitement of the dive sites I haven´t dove! Everyday was an enchantment and I kept amazing memories from that place that I strongly recommend!
