I used this laundry from 2017 but since last year the messed up 8 of my shirts with brown spots. Not gonna use them again.

  2017
One Ballerina dress and one troll dress (brand new completely messed up)
Took it back and they couldn't fix it

  2018

Formal Pink Shirt (brown spots on back)
White shirt with black stripes (big brown spots)
White shirt small strap still at the laundry (full of spots)
Small pink shirt still at laundry (full of spots)
  Pair of tights (black marks)
Batik shrink (still don't have it back) they cannot find it.

They use to be very very good, but now Im just moving to another one. Cannot loose any more clothes.

I told your staff about all of this. They just say sorry.
