The service was excellent. I left my laundry at the front desk of the hotel. Laundry Bali picked up the clothes and immediately texted me the price once weighted. The price was right and the work was excellent. I left an envelope at the desk with payment and my laundry was delivered back the next day. They will do anything to keep you from interrupting your vacation time.

Excellent service! We are staying at the Sofitel and it was so easy to message and organise a pick up and drop off. We had a 7 days worth of laundry done and they turned it around all on the same day. Lovely and polite to deal with. Thank you for your service!

I chose this place due to the great reviews. I was not disappointed. I dropped my laundry off and was going to pick it up the next day. I had lost my receipt so I called them up the next morning and gave them my details and next minute they dropped it all off at my hotel. All for just under 70,000 rp. Great service guys 👍🏼

Brilliant service. We had a load of dirty washing after a week in Komodo National Park. I contacted Laundry Service Bali at 4pm; by 4:15pm they were in the lobby and by 8pm the 8.5kg of washing was back smelling beautiful and neatly back and crease free. The price was obviously more than other local places, as it was collected, dropped off again and extremely quick - a drier must have been used - which was great, as the clothes were very dry, as opposed to the slightly damp feel from other places.

I highly recommend this place. Just send them a WhatsApp message and they can pickup and drop off at your hotel. They charge by kg and it is the best laundry you will get back. Clean, ironed, and smells amazing! Super responsive and at a slightly higher rate you can do same day pick up and drop off.

They were so great I used them again just for a few other items. Hands down the best you will find!

Outstanding service - simply sent a message via WhatsApp and our laundry was collected from our hotel within 20 minutes and returned in immaculate condition the next morning. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I must say i am extremely pleased with this gentleman’s service! What an amazing way to start my trip in BALI after Thailand with over 12kgs of soiled clothes. Within 4 hours of messaging my clothes were picked from the lobby of my hotel and returned the very next day smelling fresh and AMAZING! My husband was very apprehensive when i was giving all my clothes but since this company was so quick to respond on whatsapp and forthcoming with pricing etc, i just had to trust my instincts,and that too without counting because i was so so tired but he counted them weighed them and constantly kept in touch with pictures of the machine which weighed my entire lot. And very kindly he delivered all my clothes next day. Just forget everything and whatsapp this guy, you will receive a response super quick

Wow 5* service, contacted them via WhatsApp and got an immediate response. They came and collected it from a restaurant we was going to and delivered it back the next day to our hotel smelling fresh and super clean. It was that good of a service and quality clean my wife is now getting her entire suitcase done before we go home so no washing to do when we return from our holiday. ***** thank you. Pete.

We had one week's worth of dirty laundry (5.3 kg) when we arrived at the Grand Hyatt. Saw the reviews on Goggle and sent the WhatsApp message. The laundry was picked up by a laundry staff from the hotel lobby within 10 mins. Constant communication via WhatsApp regarding our required service level and pricing, and the express service had our laundry returned back the same day! I would highly recommend this company!

Amazing! I What's App'd them in advance of my stop to Bali on a Asia tour and they replied even at gone 10pm at night! Perfect English, friendly and quick communication. They collected my clothes from the hotel reception and dropped them off / collected the money from there within 1 day for no extra cost even though that was a Sunday! Super cheap prices, which were agreed in advance and the weight of the clothes proven by a picture sent through What's App. Amazing bargain prices for a good few kg, the cost of 1 item of clothing at a hotel! Just flawless. So chuffed and wish the service was like this in my home country! Legends. Was even ironed too! So cheap.

Efficient and quick laundry service. Ordered from Westin Nusa Dua and all clothes came washed and ironed within 24h. Excellent pricing too so highly recommend to anybody. Paid for 5kg same as probably would have been for 2 shirts at Westin. How amazing is this!

Nothing to complain .. we did our laundry about 4.5 Kg. The clothes were picked up and delivered on time as promised over what's app. Interesting guy can communicate fluently in English .. Russian and of course bahasa!

35k/kg overnight service. They are opened till late which is helpful as we did night drop off and pick up. If you come out the back road of Marriott, Novotel etc there is a 10m stretch of road when there is no footpath, but it's easy enough as vehicles drive slowly. I would leave the kid behind unless you come from the main street.

Great service, flexible and reasonable prices. It was a must since we were with 2 babies for 3 weeks. We stayed at the Grand Hyatt and communicated mainly via whatsapp with our contact who would come to reception gate for pick up and drop off. He would always send a pick with the weight for confirmation. Never had a problem with clothes, all smelled fresh and was nicely folded. Recommend it!

Easy to deal with on WhatsApp, picked up and dropped off to us at the Grand Hyatt, and the clothes were clean and folded nicely. Cost us 145k for just under 3kgs cleaned in 24 hours. Highly recommend them.

Excellent 5 min pick up from Westin nusa dua. Cost less than the Westin and dropped off in a few hours. Clothes in tact and good condition. Lucky to have found them using google and can definitely recommend. From Sydney Australia.

This store shrunk a brand new $350 suit. They don't know what dry cleaning is, even though they'll say they can do it for you.

They asked for 140.000 for 4kg until I called them out on it and revised price to 80.000.

If you're getting normal clothes washed, then they are quick and professional. Just know what it's worth and dont trust them with anything that requires special care.

We used them twice and they are Very clean and tidy. We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua. They picked up and dropped off as well using a motorbike. They do need reminders via WhatsApp but we recommend them

I was soon realising that I needed to wash my clothes while on holiday. I stumbled across Laundry Service Bali and contacted them via WhatsApp. I picked up roughly 5kg of dirty clothes from my bedroom floor and squashed them into 2 plastic bags. A rendezvous point was agreed upon, in my hotel lobby, and in a matter of minutes a fellow came to collect my clothes. The following day I received my clothes neatly pressed and folded, in an easy to carry plastic wrapped package. The aroma that now permeates my shirts and underwear is pleasant and sweet.
Laundry Service Bali was a pleasure to engage with and I am sure to use them again in the future. Happy days here.

We were so happy with their service. The laundry came back folded so perfectly and the smell of the clean clothes was amazing. Easy to deal with using Whattsapp and they even delivered our laundry to our hotel free of charge! I would definitely use them again!!
