Clothes decolourised.. Pants and leggings not clean. Shirt from white become yellowish.. Overcharging (2.4kg, but charge 3kg).. WHATSAPP admin blame the customer for the damage instead of apologising and compensating them..

Excellent laundry service in Jogja. I choose 7 hours laundry service and all was done right on time with perfect result. Easy to book through WhatsApp number around 12:00 and deliver to hotel's reception at 18:00.
Very friendly CS as well who really make sure the process run smoothly. Their work worth for 10 scores reward. Thank You.response / report this review -

This is superb service! No other word.
When you visit Jogja, this laundry is recommended.

I found at internet. Sent wa and quickly response from the admin. All the process were simple just on your mobile phone. The dirty clothes dropped to receptionist and the staff from the laundry picked up and dropped as scheduled. I can keep my trip agenda without dirty clothes problem.
