  Sekarang sudah lebih baik sih setelah di renovasi dan dibangun jadi taman kota. Tapi mungkin untuk tanamannya masih sangat kurang, jadi kalau siang masih terasa terik banget. Dan juga pemeliharaannya juga masih kurang.

  You can find the famous local Pekalongan food here: Nasi Megono. There many stalls for Nasi Megono here, last time I've try: Nasi Megono Mak Ibah. Very good and tasty with very-very economical price.

  Di pinggir utara dan selatan taman sorogenen ada warung makan yang siap memanjakan lidah anda. Ada sayur asem, pecak panggang, sate, gulai, sayur lodeh, ayam goreng.
  Kalau malam tempat ini jadi pasar burung dadakan, tapi lebih ramai dr pasar burung biasa

  Lapangan Sorogenen merupakan salah satu ruang publik berupa lapangan yang dimiliki Kota Pekalongan. Setelah dipugar pada tahun 2014-2015, lapangan ini jadi lebih cantik. Pedagang juga lebih teretata.

  Lapangan yg masih tersisa dalam Kota Pekalongan, sepanjang sisi terdapat warung - warung menjual kuliner khas Pekalongan spt Sego Megono dan Tauto. Saat malam menjadi pasar jual beli burung dan sepeda motor bekas, sehingga selalu ramai oleh pengunjung. Bagus bagi penggemar wisata eksotik pasar tradisional (Burung dan Motor Bekas).
