I woke up with stunning view, mountain and lake batur, the most beautiful sunrise ever and extremely fresh air. Breakfast was awesome tho..love the banana fried. Dinner was sooo excellent. The best hotel in Kintamani area. Recently they improved alot. They have the best resto as well. Can't get enough just 2 days there. Definitely will be back !!

We arrived without a reservation (low season) and after seeing the rooms, which looked fine, we booked for 1 night. The view from the balcony of the room is great! The staff is very friendly and helpfull. But the food at the restaurant was not what we expected. We had much better local food in smaller restaurants. During the night you hear the road the whole night long. Furthermore, no hot showers even after informing them.

Excelentes vistas al volcán y al lago Batur. Servicio muy correcto.
Pero las habitaciones son muy sencillas. Amplias, eso sí. Pero muy básicas. Además, el baño tiene obstruidas las cañerías. Hay mosquitos pero en la habitación no hay mosquitera ni nada para repelerlos.
Super tranquilo. Desde aquí organizan excursiones de trekking y también puedes alquilar bicicletas para visitar la zona por tu cuenta.

Hotel with a great view but poorly maintained. Rooms not cleaned properly with broken fixtures and bath with improper clogged drainage. Nast sweater smell from outside permeating the rooms. Nice hotel restaurant with deck overlooking the mountain and lake.

The WiFi is not as described. It is WiFi "on request". When you want to use WiFi, another guest sets up her laptop as a base station tethered to her phone. This will last for a couple hours until her computer sleeps or something else breaks the connection. Most of the time I did not have WiFi when I needed it.

The ambiance was fantastic. It is surrounded by farms with great views of the lake and mountains. The owner drove me on his motorbike a ways around the lake so I could have a nice walk back.
