Lovely spot to watch the sunset and have dinner. Has a relaxed, intimate vibe. The restaurant backs onto the beach and has an upstairs and downstairs section, upstairs on the right gives the best sunset view (there are only 2 tables at the front so book if you want this! You can also watch from tables further back).
The food was great and so were the cocktails - pineapple and mint daiquiri is a definite winner! Staff are lovely and very attentive.

Fantastic venue overlooking the beach, perfect for an early dinner to watch the sunset. Delicious food and great service. Children are welcome but parents are advised they need to behave - no running around on grass and no squealing or yelling!

Romantic place, the foods are yummy. Good scenery of the beach from the 2nd floor. Staffs are friendly with their unique traditional outfit, the seating are open-air and really blends with natural atmosphere around. Prices are moderate. I think couples should arrange your romantic dinner here. Highly recommended!

    Excellent food, beautiful setting.

Amongst the best restaurants in Bali for a romantic dinner. Set just up from the beach facing west, sunsets are spectacular here.

Semi-formal outdoor dining with high quality Italian food. Most things on the menu are good and priced very reasonably.

Service is a bit of a weak spot but it's not bad enough to detract from the overall pleasant atmosphere and experience.

Great place with a nice Italian inspired menu. Looks amazing, they have made the place look very special and even light the beach so you can enjoy the view at night. My only complaint is that it can be so hot in there, since it is an outdoor but covered restaurant. I was sweating by the end and more fans could solve this problem.

Perfect food. Beautiful restaurant. Staff were great.
Can't fault it. And would recommend all day long (and probably will for the next couple of days). Yum.

One of my favorite places. Right on the beach too. Good food good drinks and nice and breezy. Orders take around 20 min to appear but it's good. Great customer service and a fabulous place to go in a group or with that someone special.

Nice place to have dinner in front of the beach. Unfortunately we can get a table on the upper deck. Please make reservation if you want a good view. Service was good and this place is non smoking.

we had to move 3 tables from drinks to dinner. The staff can use more training and the main course portions are very tiny for the money you are spending. The only good thing about this place I found was the cool breeze from beach.

Food good, service questionable. Went for a quick dinner before the airport. Firstly, the broccoli was too salty and spoke to the waiters in bahasa and they didn't seem to be phased. Secondly, it was very windy and we decided to pay with American Express which they did not accept. We proceeded to pay with cash and unfortunately the money was blown away all over the floor and off the balcony. The waiters perhaps jaded or busy observed and did not offer to help. I was on the floor trying to salvage what was left as the rest flew into the wind and into the water feature below, again nothing seemed to phase them. I was lying on the floor reaching to grab the money and a waitress walked past. We eventually lost 500,000 rupiah in the incident which we hope fell into the hands of someone in need. Quite surprised by the nonchalance of the staff.

Was excited to go here as the atmosphere looked great from the outside. Unfortunately my partner and I were very disappointed when our meals arrived. VERY expensive for Bali standards and I don't know why because my snapper was the size of a goldfish lol. We ordered 3 things between us and the total was $80 AUD. We did not get our money's worth at all. Also, the waiters weren't very welcoming, it felt like they were just watching us the whole time. To top the night off I went home sick. The restaurant was beautifully set up with candles and fairy lights etc but if you want a nice meal then go elsewhere.

A 'must do' of Bali and best breakfast menu in Asia; but shhhh keep it a secret 🙏🏼 I Was taken here by a local years ago but made a point to find it again this trip. Mesmerizing oceanic views and delicious food served by welcoming staff. A little bit of a classy vibe, so be mindful of dress ☺️

We went to La Lucciola as we were told it was very family friendly, a great open space on the grass for kids to have a play. Obviously their stance on this has changed, we were told on arrival that the kids are not to go on the grass, we were also told we couldn't eat upstairs because of them. We felt as if the staff watched our table like hawks because of us bringing the kids, despite us keeping the kids at the table and relatively quiet.
The food was nice, as were the drinks , but was very, very expensive for what we ordered (basically ham pizzas, a salad and beer/cocktails). Service has plenty of room for improvement.
This place could be fantastic for families for lunch time dining, it's such a shame they don't really want to cater for them anymore. We have experienced many other places that we would visit again before this one.

Very expensive for Bali standards. Great views. Staff like everywhere in Bali are super polite but could do with more training and being a little more attentive. Pizza was great but took over 40 minutes from order to table. All the food and drinks were great.

If you only go to 1 upscale restaurant in Bali, it should be this one. The beach-front location is beautiful, the architecture of the building is incredible, the food is fantastic and the waiters are not just great, but have the Balinese warmth, attentiveness and sense of humor which makes Bali what it is.
It now has real competition, but this place is still a Bali dining experience at its best - go there tomorrow.

Such a pretty restaurant out in the open right on the beach. We dined as the sun set and the view was just so surreal. Amazing food and drinks. More pricey than other places but the food, atmosphere and drinks are lovely

La Lucciola is beautiful. We did have to wait about half an hour as we didn't have a reservation but we had some nice drinks before our meal. The pork was really well cooked and tasted beautiful. My partner who had the fish in a bag said hers was succulent and tasted delicious. Price was a little higher but still would highly recommend.

I arrived to this nice looking restaurant expecting great things unfortunately that wasn't our experience. We were seated in thabarandfter a good 10 minutes nobody took our order although we were trying hard to get there attention. We eventually ere served and told that our table was now ready. We moved to the restaurant and had the same problem nobody came to take our order. This is despite the fact that there is at least 25 waiters walking around. In the end we had 5 waiters all of which we called over. Not one waiter took any responsibility. It was actually amateur hour This restaurant does not allocate sections to there staff.
The food was just ok. Beware that when you order
you have to order your vegetable and starch separately. My salmon was just that only salmon when I order the salad it came a the end of my meal and was dripping in dressing. The leaves were translucent! I would say they are living off their previous reputation. Ordered a glass of wine and it arrived after we finish eating.

one of my favorite place in Bali, when i used to live there, i went maybe twice or 3 times per month. What a place, the restaurant itself is beautiful, the food is amazing and service too. The view is perfect, by the beach.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone

The ambience of this restaurant is awesome. Amazing staff. They are very polite. The food is also very good. This place lacks wifi. The staff will help you to order good dishes. Ice creams were ok. Good for non vegetarians. Vegetarian options are comparatively less.
    A definite visit for couples.

Beautiful Beach restaurant along the beach. Decor was tiki/ islander chic vibe. Had a scrumptious melt-in-your-mouth handmade gnocchi here. Stunning views and one of the cleanest bathrooms I've seen in Bali! (I know that's a strange comment but I rate cleanliness highly 😉)

One of the oldest restaurants in Seminyak. Opened in 92 (I think) when there was nothing else around it. Then it was more casual beach side dining, now its more fine dining style with prices to match. The food is of a high standard and very well presented, the cocktails good and the service very friendly and helpful. The building and setting is lovely though now no longer isolated. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I thought it a bit overpriced.

Amazing location great service and the food was divine thoroughly impressed as a walk in booking.
The pineapple mint frozen daquari was perfectly blended and beautifully presented and we also enjoyed the vegetarian tapas starter platter - fantastic! Gorgeous little vegetables and goats cheese paired together in different ways with some fried polenta - some of the best I've had. The complimentary bread was fresh and delicious and we could have eaten an entire basket!
The gnocchi was melt in your mouth and the chef easily made the salmon and mushroom cream sauce into vegetarian for me, my friends had the risotto and said it was creamy and Perfectly cooked! Such an enjoyable meal, will definitely be back next time.

I agree with post below. One word describes the food experience here - Outstanding! This food is among the best in the world and consistently so. Every time - year in, decade out. Never disappointed. Unpretentious fresh food prepared with amazing technique, comforting, seasonal, produce driven (no froths/foams). Why did it take so long for me to find an artichoke stuffed zucchini flower?

Good place (for Bali), higher quality food and good view. Price is a bit too high. And on the second floor they have some problem with lighting, you have a hard time to see you food to be honest. Good wine, good service. But for that price tag i would expect more. 7/10

Absolutely fantastic. The pork belly was in my top 3 meals of all time. I know that I'll never have pork belly that good again.

Make sure you make a reservation. We made ours 3 hours beforehand and we got a great (after sunset) seat. Many who just showed up were stuck downstairs in the seats without a view. There's a dress code too. No beach wear. I wore smart shorts and a long sleeve top and was fine.

The staff here were the most competent I've come across in Bali. Strikingly good and professional service.

Everything is a bit pricey but worth it considering what you get.

I read from another review that the portions were big here. This is far from true, at least anymore. Portions were tiny. Starter, main and desert were barely enough to fill me and I normally opt only for a main. Glad I didn't today.

Red wine was chilled too which meant I had to wait to for it to reach "room" temperature. Maybe ask for unchilled red wine if that's your thing.

Cocktails were expertly prepared and tasty.

Some mixed feelings on the building too. Wooden floor bounces around when anyone walks by. Seems like the side entrances are under construction and the exit is a bridge over what seems like a sewage duct. I'm not sure the place is finished or if it's under refurbishment. Once you're in though, it's a fantastic spot.

Ended my honeymoon here and it was perfect. View is stunning amd it's romantic as hell. Despite the downsides.

If you're looking for amazing food at a decent enough beach location and toilets that don't smell like a dead animal, this is the spot for you.

We arrived a bit early (they start lunch at 12pm) so we enjoyed a drink before. Nice pineapple minted juice and banana/coconut. The vanilla milkshake was also good.
We then ordered a pizza for the kid and indonesian food for us.
    Good service, quick meal delivery
We then took a panacotta that my wife enjoyed.
They were renovating but it was not noisy at all even though we had the table next to the renovated part.
We sat on the groundfloor with less view on the beach but quicker access to the grass area were my kids went.
The view from the 1st floor was I guess better.
Pricewise, we spent 80AUD for 3 meals, 3 juice/milkshake, a coffee and a desert. I will let you decide if it is expensive or not. I think it is a bit. It matches more or less the Sydney price

We went for dinner and although we didnt see the sunset the view was still awesome. The service was great and very attentive, we were well looked after. My partner had the pork belly and although he's had it many times before said it was one of the best he's ever had, the flavour was amazing and it just melted in your mouth. My meal, although I cant remember the name of it was also very good and being pasta, just the right portion. We had a shared platter dessert and all were amazing, great flavours. Overall this is a must place to try at least once, highly recommended.
