My washing machine is broken, I tried contacting LG service center after 1 week they finally came to inspect what was wrong, they said they needed to replace a spare part that would only take a week to order. Weeks gone by now it has been already a month and there was never a certain answer when they would come back to fix my washing machine with the new spare part. I wonder why they produce washing machine without avaibility of spare parts? Why there is no good consumer experience in after sales service? BIG DISSAPOINTMENT .

I reccomend anyone of you who had a problem with LG electronic devices to come here as early as you can. I came here saturday morning and the staff directly asked the problem. Everyone who come here complaint about their text or phone call is never answered. The service and repair process is slow reffered to other costumer experience. If LG service center Bandung still on this state, i think its gonna be bad to their brand and line products. Beware!

From my experience, LG Service Center is very helpful.. my pc monitor is fixed and cleaned.. no complain at all.. very very good service.
.. and btw they should have higher rating.. 3,5 is unfair.

Your experience depends on the operator.
Mine was quite OK. It's pretty empty when I went there. Left my phone after the serviceman told me the phone's problem and service fee prediction. You can wait there if you want. There are waiting chairs available.
