Bad customer service at dentist
The nurse are rude, they don't smile or friendly towards the customer
Long waiting time
I wait a long time to be called for 2 hours. Already asked why it took so long and they only told me to wait but nothing happened, they also made me switch the doctor that i already requested a week before

I have been checking my teeth almost 8 years and I was being dissatisfy with the customer service in the lobby as well as perio doctor while I was scalling. First, the customer service weren't hospitality. They treat customers without smile, even there were member who didn't do eye contact with the customer. Pls remember that customer is different with your troops. Secondly, perio's doctor want to finished their work as soon as possible. I paid 400.000 rupiah for only 15 minutes and in a hurry. If you are ordinary citizen (I mean, not army member) pls find others dentist outside. I suggest to RSAL Martadinata top level management, please train your member to face customer kindly, both member (army and families) or not. Although you have been paid by govt. The members also needs to revolute their mental. You were not civil servant anymore, but you're public servant .

Malpraktek dengan Drg Dwina Ariadno. Spesialis prosto tapi tolol minta ampun, gigi saya ancur berantakan gara2 dia. Saya minta ganti rugi ga ada respon sama sekali. Buat yang mau cari dokter gigi berkualitas, jangan ke ladokgi

This place is quite comfortable for a dentist's. It is clean and the with helpful staff and professional dentists. It is easy to reach by public transport such as Transjakarta Bus. It is only 300 meters away from the Senayan JCC Bus Stop.

had a hole filled today with drg. Dwina Ariadno. she was friendly, everyone there was. I paid Rp 1,130,000 for the whole lot. The filling itself was Rp 600,000. I asked if I'd still be able to floss afterwards, she said yes. but I can't. and now it's making me frustrated! -. -

Poliklinik gigi yg dokter spesialisnya komplit, ada dua jenis poli, umum (pagi) dan eksekutif (pagi dan sore, dan sabtu). Harus ambil nomer antrian dulu biar dapet awal dan ga lama nunggu. Fasilitas komplit, harga juga terjangkau, menerima bpjs juga. Tempat parkir mobil terbatas.
