It's located at downtown of padang surrounded by the hotels, shopping centers, amusement park, culinary centers, mosque and churches. It's nice hotel, but it has a limited internet access.

The Wifi in the room useless, not working at all except near the lift and lobby area. The a/c not so cold, everytime you take your bath, the floor all wet. Good point, the room very spacious.

Love the place. Its big, the service is great, and its right at the center of Padang City (I guess), but the breakfast food just tasted okay and rather bland for my taste. I really love the front desk service though, they are so amiable 👍👍

i stayed here for 3 nights in Kyriad hotel, Padang. i am just going to list my experience here. lobby is dark, room smells old and smokes, wall paints in dining room is peeling off, water mark on the ceiling, pillow cover smells saliva, no face towels, bath towels started to break, internet keep resetting. that is really below standard. But staffs are courteous, they are trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. breakfast is good though and it is included. Good location, across from church.

The hotel charged my friend and I twice for the room- her on arrival and me upon leaving. We only realised afterwards that this had happened.
This was one of the many instances during our conference at the hotel in which payment was incorrectly managed by the hotel, which was extremely unprofessional and frustrating to have to chase up.
