Stuff friendly and helpful. Easy to pay. Breakfast was tasty and good but not superior. Pool was great but a bit dirty. Unfortunately, less privacy and sometimes electricity and water were not working.

Nice location, good breakfast and friendly staff. However the room is a bit over priced and not exactly the same as what they advertised on online travel agent. We got room upstairs with limited TV channels. Air conditioner works properly. Nice pool and well maintained garden.

BED BUGS! MANAGEMENT RIDICULOUS AND UNAPOLOGETIC!! NO MONEY BACK!!

we had all evidence of bed bugs in our room, bites all over my wife, blood stains all over the sheets, killed several adult bed bugs and crawling a lot more in the mattress! after presenting to the management they just denied the facts.

The problem was not the bed bugs as this may happen also to the best 5 star hotels, however the management is ridiculous, unapologetic and very unfriendly! They did not agree to give us any money back - as we demanded them to pay for our cleaning of the suitcases and that we of course would not pay for the night we spend there!

DO NOT GO THERE, there are a lot better places in Kuta!

Great place, probably the best in the area. Nice clean pool, great restaurant with wonderful sushi during the night and breakfast during the morning. Super friendly staff. We met the owner , who helped us arrange our ride to the other side of the island without even asking. Overall wonderful experience.

We stayed here for over 2 weeks. Kuta Baru is situated in a prime location, everything you need is footsteps from the hotel, restaurants, moped hire, bars, supermarket and of course Kuta beach. We were so impressed with the hotel and it's amenities, great room, great size and clean. The pool is great to lounge around, excellent sushi restaurant and breakfast (buffet). The owner (Christian) was extremely friendly often giving us tips on where to go in Lombok. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will defiantly recommend this hotel and we'll be returning.

Location is great, but really expensive for lombok prices. Electricity was down when heavy rain overcame. Overall nice pool, clean rooms, average breakfast (lombok standard)and the staff were so friendly!

Except owner was not really sympathetic.
didnt made a appearing to say hello when we saw him several times.

My friend and I stayed for two nights. I give it a 3 star because the staff in the restaurant and the woman at the front desk were really sweet. However the cleanliness of the rooms were very poor. Sheets, pillows and blankets all stained with yellow marks. Dead bugs on walls. And the shower smelt like sewage. The breakfast was good but this place has a lot to improve.

Hotel con mucho encanto, en pleno centro de Kuta Lombok, habitaciones limpias y la piscina de maravilla para darte un buen chapuzón a cualquier hora del día. El restaurante de Sushi de lo mejor de la isla..

Tanto el personal del hotel como los propietarios muy agradables y atentos al trato de los clientes, resolviéndonos todas nuestras dudas y nos fueron de mucha ayuda aconsejándonos buenos sitios para visitar.

Sin duda una experiencia para repetir!!

Positiv: Lage (sehr gut), Sauberkeit, Frühstück (Buffet)

Negativ: Pool war geschlossen, wurden darauf jedoch in keinster Weise vor der Buchung hingewiesen. WLAN kaum vernünftig empfangbar. Der Wasserstrahl der Dusche lässt auch definitiv Luft nach oben. Klotür lediglich eine Schiebetür die nicht komplett verschließbar ist.
