Not recommended. The facilities and the maintenance are very poor. But on the other hand the service from the staff is very good.

Update: when i complaint and askes for another room, they offer me to have a free upgrade. Which i appreciated very much. So again.. aside from their poor facilities, their service and hospitality are indeed unbeatable

This is an older hotel, so please go in with the right frame of mind. It's frayed at the edges in terms of facilities. But the Javanese hospitality and helpfulness of the staff is unbeatable. The compound is huge, there are many ornamental varieties of fowl kept on the grounds, the main pool is excellent and the food in the restaurant is delicious.

For a very old hotel, I would say this is a really good hotel. When you arrived at this hotel, you might think that, "Why am I staying at this hotel?" But soon you will get happy to stay here, the staff are very friendly, the food isok, and public restroom could be improved.

Hotel is good, ambience is good, services are good, but rated 3 stars only, becoz when I arrived, the TV is down (on maintenance) for over 2 hrs, and also the in house telephone is down for so long 😢😢

The room is good and enough for 3 people. The pool is great and large for a hotel. What I dislikes are: The wifi is quite slow, better use your own cellular data. Some ants are found near in the bed.

Sebenarnya tempatnya nyaman tp kamar sdh kelihatan agak kusam, kmr mandi byk semutnya, air hangat tdk bs maksimal jd air tetep dingin & tidak lancar. Saya usul agar smua di perbaiki biar pengunjung makin nyaman trus kalo hujan tamu mau ke kamar kehujanan krn hrs lewat pintu dekat kolam renang yg terbuka krn pintu belakang tdk bs di buka. Telpon mati, tidak ada tisu meja adanya tisu kmr mandi & AC tdk terlalu dingin. Semoga kedepan semakin nyaman lagi tks.

Its good for one night But not for more. The staff doesn't speak English, I think that is required if you want to work in a hotel. The rooms are ok, but some rooms have more company than you want.
