Really great location, gourmet dishes, one point lower due to fact that cocoons cannot be reserved for a full dinner, had a 8 course Menü and needed to switch to another table because other people were coming.

Absolutely beautiful meal stunning setting and of course as with the best in Bali we were made feel welcome from the minute we went in.
A booking mix up on my part left me feeling rather silly but the staff offered a lovely space for us and we were treated like royalty every minute we were there. Go. Life is full of regrets but a dining experience at Kubu will not be one of them I promise. Just make sure to book as it books out always.response / report this review -

A fabulous fine dining experience! The settings and view were terrific and our waiter were very attentive! Food was definitely out of this world. Price wise is on thr high end but it was worth the money!!

Celebrity treatment from the moment you arrive. This place is a one of a kind. The location and set up of private cocoons are so unique. The service was impeccable and food. the food was cooked and served to perfection. Thank you to all the staff who sang happy birthday to my partner. A truly remarkable experience.

One of the best restaurants in Indonesia. 6 steps menu is amazing. Privacy and great service. Great location by the river. Tuna crudo meat could be improved, tough. Drinks and wine overpriced.

One of the best restaurant in Bali. Impressive ambience where we had a private cocoon next to the river. The set menu was very delicious and flavourful. You can imagine the amount of effort and creative behind each dish. Kubu is located at the far end of Riz Carlton Reserve and the staff will need to drive you over in a buggy through a very beautiful landscape of the hotel. Truly a memorable experience!
