Thought it would be cheap, it turned out to be expensive. 850 already includes AC, mattress, cupboard, private bathroom. But it turns out that the mattress doesn't count, because the mattress is so bad it's so small and so it can't be used. The air conditioner is already old air conditioner, not very cold And the noisy air conditioner is a bit disturbing sleep. The bathroom is very small. The wardrobe door is broken. So far, the environment is safe and comfortable. But finding food is also difficult here, there are those who sell them at boarding houses but they are expensive and don't recommend. The size of the room is okay. Electricity still pays okay, clean PDAM water. Wifi paid for 40k is only for one device (the password is kept secret so you can't change devices) and it's not fast :)

Cozy place for "indekos" (rent room and board), because so much friendly worker there and also a safe and sound place for take a rest after long work day for me. There is also 24/7 security guide.
