Awsome place to stay in Ubud. Wonderful welcoming and nice breakfast. Staffs are very friendly and you can get all the helps you need. Very close to the town but still very quiet and nice environment. Really recommend staying here.

Plus: Room is specious and very clean. Garden with the pools is very nice and well keeped. We found staff very attentive.
Minus: Breakfast was very modest, can be improved. Internet is slow. Hotel is on the main road and it is very loud on the dining terrace.response / report this review -

Kori Ubud has a large parking lot, they located at center of Ubud. When you entering the resort, you will get the warmest greet from the staff and your eyes will curious to see another spot in this place, you may walk around this place and feeling cozy with nature.

I have never been in so dirty place in my life! Toilet was all different colours that I was afraid to be even next to it. When I asked to clean it didn't see much difference. Bathroom sink was yellow, the same a bath was with some old brown huge sports. Looked like no-one even tried to clean it since the first day opening!! Door to the shower was very dirty too, as I put my ( meant to be white But really in someone's red lipstick ) towel on the top of the door and plus it became with black lines. Bed sheets were the same colour as everything else plus very old don't know how it still leaves there! Room looks very poor don't believe Photoshop pics! Nothing in the fridge plus it's hot inside. No tea bag or anything to drink. No conditioner in the room. Room flip flops were not in the plastic bag I'm sorry , did someone else use it before??? I was expecting nice breakfast but no! Nothing to eat at all !!! And even what was there was not tasty. I would give this hotel no star at all as even one star you need to earn for service! Would never recommend it

Located at some distance from ubud downtown the hotel looked fine in the first place. Until cockroaches appeared in my kids´ room. The staff cleaned it but they reappared. We asked for changing the room wich fortunately was possible. Then, wifi turned off and was finally barely functional. All safety boxes were out of service. Good points: nice swimming pool and fairly good restaurant. Staff heps as far as possible

A wonderful gem of a hotel. Underrated, it makes the most of a wonderful location, just outside Ubud. Wonderful gardens with a tasteful pool. The best part, the rooms! Fabulous ensuites, 5 star standard with a 3 star tag. Excellent customer service also!

We booked 2 rooms for 5 people, 1 twin and 1 double bed without any special require.
However, when checking in, the hotel staff let us in an interconnecting room and told us they can open the door to connect the room for us.
Hot water was working well,
Hotel amenities is lack of nothing, soap, lotion is quite good.
complimentary drink is 2 bottles of water per room.
Free wi-fi internet work well, lost signal sometime.
The hotel have shuttle bus going to Ubud but I can't remember the time because we use charter car for our trip.
Near the hotel, there're Japanese restaurant, Spa, Charter car shop, local store, huge supermarket where you can buy almost everything there with reasonable price (lot cheaper than in convenient store)response / report this review -

Super mooi hotel. We hadden een kamer aan het zwembad. De ontvangst bij inchecken had iets vriendelijker gekund. Prijs kwaliteit is goed. Maar zijn erachter gekomen dat voor rond de 30 euro je een zelfde ervaring hebt.

This is my favorite affordable resort in Sanggingan, Ubud. This resort has a nice parking lot just in front of the property and easy to park your car. Enter the resort and you'll feel the Balinese atmosphere everywhere, very relaxing, greenery and still maintain the Balinese traditional influence in all their corner.
If you want to stay here, ask for the traditional room, like number 103 etc, the room with a terrazzo floor, terrazzo bathroom, balcony facing the river, terrace facing the green backyard, Balinese door to enter your room and bathroom. Complete amenities (but no shower cap, too bad), big bath tub, shower box, toilet with jet washer, kimono, sandals, comfort mattress, very clean and well maintained bla bla bla
Beyond this traditional style's room, they provide another room (I think it's a new build) with modern influence for the interior and everything, that's too bad, because if you stay in this room, you'll feel like staying in common hotel in town although the room very nice and big, the bathroom also big too, but there's no feel of Bali.
The pool is nice, not so big but very fresh air and from the pool you can view a nice scenery. The breakfast is great, you can get continental or American breakfast (but if high season they switch to buffet breakfast) and the restaurant is nice too. The service very good, all the staff very friendly. And the good news for smoker is the balcony or terrace in the back where you can smoke outside your room with nice view.

Un très belle endroit mais dommage que le service de l'hôtel soit pas au top. Draps et serviette de bain taches, oublie de faire la chambre et salle de bain pas très propre Vraiment dommage, cependant lieu magnifique et personnel charmant et. Ubud est vraiment magnifique !!!
