Excellent breakfast, big comfortable beds and sofa. The aircons are cold and they provide microwave, stove and kitchen utensils. Good dining table and table for office work in bedroom. Absolutely perfect place for get away!

One of the best accommodation I've ever stayed. Located on the main street of Peti Tenget which is pretty heavy, yet our room was so tranquil and peaceful. Everything was perfect, love the breakfast room service which is served till 11.45 am so we can sleep over till very late. An excellent way to enjoying a getaway. The menu so attractive, the food were delicious, love the thick juice. The staffs are all so friendly and professional. Everything we requested were delivered within a few minutes with a big genuine smile, such as amenities replacement, new towels etc. Top knotch clean, the rooms smell pleasantly, cheap Mini Bar, nothing to complain at all if we didn't forget to close the door to avoid mosquitoes went inside from the garden.

The room was good, awesome to have a balcony area too! Service staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn't have a lift, so take note when travelling with the elderly and young children. There isn't a shelter from the reception to the rooms, though it was sunny whilst I was here, figured it will be a hassle when it rains or during monsoon season.

It has big, nice, clean and comfortable room.. However the swimming pool is a little bit dirty.. The location also strategic, near the restaurant and cafe.. My family was really happy to stay there and willing to come back..

This hotel is awesome with excellent staff with smile on their faces all the time and its genuine. so helpful and dedicated my stay here with my wife ,3yrs son n infant the suites have all the amenities I opted for breakfast and this was their menu ..

I was very pleased with our choice which we made solely by googling accommodation in Bali and in the area we wanted to stay in. Location was perfect for great, international standard restaurants, shopping, short ride to the sea and markets. Kokonut Suites was excellently priced, very clean, well resourced, air conditioned spacious rooms, friendly staff and excellent food from Livingstone's. Would definitely stay again.

The location is great near all great cafe and restaurant in Petitenget and Seminyak Area. Breakfast at Livingstone cafe at the front was superb. I like the hotel because it is semi apartment and they have a pool and garden area where the kids can have some outdoor time. Why I did not give 5 stars, was because when the air con is not On, our room smell of cigarettes and we still saw cigarette stubs on our little garden on the balcony. Also, I think the hotel needs to change their towels and sheets as I think the look worn out already. Other than that everything is great, nice friendly staff and everything :)

Service is excellent, the only downside is the hotel doesn't have a lift. There was a gecko in the room that the staff came to catch and release and a gave us a change of room. Service is excellent. Food is reasonably priced and delicious. Very nice pizzas and rice dishes. Prices at the restaurant and room service is the same, enabling you to enjoy the nice food in the comfort of your villa. This is the plus side, otherwise the cafe is wonderful

This was a last minute booking so i am trying to be open minded. However, i think it fair to point out that the pictures online do not represent the reality.
The staff were very helpful and obliging however, the pool area was average, the bathrooms mouldy and the general feel one of low upkeep.
I think it's got potential but it's very deeply buried.response / report this review -

Our second stay at Kokonut Suites - the staff are always friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and well appointed and there are some fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Even when full, the hotel is quiet and relaxing.

Paid for stay upfront and in full. Cancelled back in February and had NO response from the hotel. They only made contact recently to say I was going to be charged for 1 night cancellation fee. I advised I have already paid the full amount!!! Offered, in writing to refund my money minus 1 night payment which I agreed. Still waiting for the refund..
Very poor and slow email communication.

The rooms are very beautiful, Tastefully furnished in true Balinese style, with a balcony facing towards a paddy field.
Kitchen are well furnished with cooking hob, microvave and refrigerator. Good for light cooking.response / report this review -

It's affordable price, we have 2 bedroom
Suites for 4 persons, the suites is quite dim though there light, there's cockroaches and large ants in the room but didn't bother us though. Only thing I don't like, no lift to your hotel , we stayed third floor, and had muscle ache due to water rafting, else it's fine to climb the stairs. Toilet is average, we didn't use the bath tub as it's not clean.response / report this review -

If you're here with the family or on holiday with a group of friends, this is a hotel that could be for you. Even though the location is crazy to get to through the traffic, it's worth the effort. Cool cafes and restaurants all around. The beach a short walk down the road. Shopping places close by as well.

We stayed here for 1 night, the location is very easy to find. They are located in the favorite area, only about 1 km from naughty nuri's. They upgraded our unit to 2 bedrooms, but they only allow us to use 1 room. Maybe that is why the air condition in the 2nd bedroom did not work properly. The other bedroom and living room have great air condition,the staff is nice, they pick our luggage to 3rd floor by stair (they don't have elevator). The kitchen is nice,they give us the cutlery. Overall we love the suite, the location, the price, and the ambience. And we will come back there.
