Di klinik ini praktek seorang dokter spesialis THT yang terkenal dan ngetop banget di Bandung, yaitu Dr. Taufiq. Karena ngetop dan ahli, jadi gak heran yang dateng banyak banget. Kalau mau berobat disini, sebaiknya daftar jauh hari sebelumnya, setidaknya satu minggu sebelumnya. Dan juga persiapan stamina, makanan dan minuman, karena nunggu antriannya lama. Kalau dapet nomer diatas 30, udah pasti bakal malem banget, salah2 bisa sampe jam 1 malam baru ketemu dokternya. Tapi hebatnya ini dokter, biarpun udah lewat mitnait juga ya tetep aja praktek terus sampe pasiennya habis. Tapi karena rame juga, jadinya resepsionisnya jadi sedikit belagu. Gak yang siang, gak yang malem, dua2nya belagu. Padahal yang hebat tuh bukan dia, tapi dokternya, jadi ngapain juga dia yang belagu. O, ya, selain ada dokter spesialis THT, juga ada dokter spesialis mata.

before you want to go here, I want to warn you this place have a bad receptionist, not the system, there is one special old man who working in here, very grumpy and never give good impression to customer, we know customer always asking like "how many people left" or "can I ask many thing?" or some annoying question that customer always ask, he never give any good reply, always making us "hanged" , we know what receptionist job is, to answer what annoying customer ask right. He is not being diciple he is being grumpy always telling people "just wait la" or "don't ask many thing, just wait".
I was meet the very annoying customer and I was meet the very good receptionist, and he is the very bad example.
Its not like I hate him, but please if management this place see this, please just make him better.

I've been checkup in here, so far the best THT Clinic in bandung.

Antrinya lama pisan, 1 pasien bisa setengah jam. Asisten nya ga ramah. Ga recommended deh!

Dokter, asisten, dan staff baik dan ramah. Bisa daftar lewat telpon. Hari rabu prakteknya libur. Dokternya 250ribu
