  Hi there,I've been to sakti medika about 3 years ago,and Im quite surprised when I saw the picture of the clinic few days ago on this page,seems everything changed.the building just not the same,is this the same clinic ?im little bit confused,because I plan to visit Dr.tina next month,

  rating for cashier and pharmacy:
  do not come on saturday especially during lunch hour as it’s really packed. you can wait for an hour queue in cashier and another 15 mins in pharmacy, at that time staffs are on shifted, cashier on duty is only one that is saw effective while in pharmacy though they have 3 but load distribution seems in effective as its bottle neck in young man who prepare medicine and write prescription while the other two ladies just sitted waiting for prescription coming from customer or handsover the medicine to customer
  
  also to add that you are luck if you able to contact them thru phone for reservation. either its busy or none one pick up. unfortunately you have to go there for reservation.

  baru pertama kali nemu klinik yang ditelp sangat susah. pernah seharian telp ga bisa juga, mohon di improve dalam hal ini, karena bbrp teman sudah kecewa sekali hanya karena susah hubungi klinik.

  Suka sama tempat ini, tenang dan bersih.
  
  facial pertama kali cocok sama mba nya, teratur di mulai dari tempat yang ngga sakit, mba nya juga tidak kasar dan sampai bersih komedo2 yang susah di keluarkan sekalipun.
  
  Tapi agak kecewa waktu facial kedua, mba nya kasar dan tidak teratur, di mulai dari tempat yg menurut saya sakit, dan acak, ketika sedang menikmati sakit di bersihkan bagian pipi, tiba2 pindah ke jidat, dan selalu acak, sampai jadi ga nyaman banget, seolah mba nya suka2 aja sama muka orang, satu contoh lagi, ketika bersihkan bagian pipi kiri, tangan kanannya bertumpu di atas mata dan hidung saya.. Walahh mbaa.. Apa karena saya facial hari minggu siang sehingga mba nya buru2 mau pulang?
  
  Saran aja, mungkin staff facial di training lagi supaya customer tidak kecewa.
  Anyway, semoga sukses terus klinik sakti medika, semakin kedepan memperhatikan customernya..

  Klinik Sakti Medika merupakan klinik perawatan medis yang memiliki layanan salon & spa, facial, akupuntur, hingga rejuvenation sublime. Semua perawatan dibawah pengawasan dokter spesialis kulit dan kelamin. Klinik ini memiliki 8 dokter wanita spesialis dermatovenereologist. Lokasinya di tepi jalan raya, parkir dan sekuriti bagus, ruang tunggu nyaman, full AC. Menurut istriku, body massage disini enak banget.

  Klinik bagus,tp pegawainya ga bertanggung jawab dalam mengurus antrian.
  Main tinggal pulang aja,alasannya nomor ibuk tidak ada di sistem.
  
  Ngeles cuci tangan aja dah.
  Semua pada buang badan.

  one stop solution for my skin problems. dr tina's queue is very huge, so I go for dr melanie instead. she's very patient and willing to explain in details.
