The service was very disappointing, I checked at the obstetrics polyclinic, the doctor only saw that there was no complaint. Not thorough, even though I already said the complaint. It's been a long wait but it's disappointing, can't be repeated

Promil's intention was to check ultrasound first and then hsg. The doctor said HSG is usually at Santa Maria Hospital. The results of the ultrasound were not explained, when I wanted to ask about the procedure, time, cost for the HSG, another patient was welcome to come in and it was the same as his guardian/husband while I had not finished fixing my pants. We are not given the opportunity to ask what we want to know and should know. Ask what time it is, the doctor has checked the next patient on the patient's bed, I am still on the doctor's desk chair. I left the room, the nurse immediately called the next patient, while those inside were still being examined. And so on. On the day of HSG at Santa Maria Hospital, still with the doctor, it turned out that the patient's clothes were not borrowed, which were like negligee, the old nurse who helped the doctor said why not wear/bring a skirt. In my heart, I was not given the opportunity to ask the doctor. The doctor also heard the nurse say that and just shut up. Ultrasound has been done, hsg has never been done before. Naturally I wanted to ask but was not given the opportunity. Bad service

Ever checked ultrasound because I didn't menstruate for 2 months, from the start it was not friendly, it's okay, when I entered the doctor's room, I didn't explain what it was "please, just said it doesn't matter, haven't asked anything, uh, it's already called the next patient
Paying dearly for the intention of the consultation actually made me emotional, plus the medicine had run out of menstruation, as a result, the doctor was more friendly, given a detailed, complete, friendly explanation "all from the start of registration and the doctor offered no other questions, paid a little expensive tp relieved heart

In my experience, the people at the start of service are friendly, from the information, take the queue, check the hb, the cashier and the assistant dr are all friendly but for the less cooperative dr, don't talk too much and are not given an explanation of the results of the ultrasound, no suggestions given to pregnant women, after ultrasound-notes in the book just like that, then go straight to the next patient.
Just a suggestion, you should also open registration by phone.
Then to control the room before the old patient leaves the new patient, don't tell him to come in first, so that you can focus on the old patient.response / report this review -

Klinik khusus ibu-ibu hamil yg mau memeriksakan kandungan nya,,,,
Tempat nya bersih, pelayanannya cukup memuaskan,,,,👍👍
Untuk dijadikan perhatian bagi ibu-ibu kalau mau periksa, konsultasi ataupun USG di tempat ini ada baiknya datang lebih awal karena banyaknya pasien yang datang kesana,,,,, apalagi bagi mereka yang rumahnya agak jauh dari kota Pemalang.response / report this review -

Tempat nyaman, bersih. Pelayanan baik dan memuaskan. Para karyawan yang bekerja pun ramah. Dekat dengan pusat kota. Jika ada yang dari luar kota dan kebetulan singgah di Pemalang lalu ingin periksa disini dan butuh penginapan, tempat ini dekat dengan hotel. Dekat juga dengan minimarket dan mushala.

Tempatnya bersih,nyaman, ada fasilitas lift yang bisa memudahkan para ibu hamil, modern dan yang paling penting Dokter Riyani ramah sekali , menjawab semua pertanyaan dengan jelas, harga pun terjangkau.
Bagi bumil yang mau USG pun lengkap ada yang 2 dimensi dan 4 dimensi (khusus 4 dimensi kalo mau cek konfirmasi dulu lewat tlp)response / report this review -

Tempatnya representatif, luas, modern, di tengah kota, Ibu Dokter Riyani melayani dengan ramah dan penuh senyum. Hanya satu koreksi saya, bukanya mbok jangan terlalu sore. Kalau bawa anak kecil kasihan misal harus sampe jam 9-10 malam.
