  I did my medical check up at Klinik Medilab batam and experienced excellent service by all staffs who took care my medical check up. They are very friendly and helpful. The clinic environtment also very comfortable.

  Great place for body check ups. Lovely staff and profesional service. They have antigen and pcr swab test too located outside the main building. Thoughtful!

  Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, antri terlalu lama, desk customer service sedikit yaitu cuma 2 tidak sebanding jumlah customer yang mau medical. Dan untuk melayani customer kurang ramah. Untuk antri nomer juga tidak urut, sering ada mis komunikasi antara customer dan security dibawah. Dalam hal pembayaran, terlalu lama menunggu kuitansi karena komputer untuk cetak cuma satu sehingga dipakai bergantian.
