  Providing information from the Agape Ambon clinic regarding the practice hours of dr. an internist from the cashier on duty on Monday, 23 November 2020. The notification that was sent to the health worker was invalid with the existing practice hours, instead of apologizing and explaining the practice hours the officer gave comments like "you heard wrong" to me. The cashier also seems indifferent and does not serve customer requests well. After being asked for the suggestion box, the officer then switched and started serving with a cheerful face. What was wrong? Did the manager give less affirmation to his subordinates or was it possible that there was negligence from superiors to subordinates in responding to customer needs. I ask for a follow-up on this matter to the information from this Medika Pharmacy.

  Kliniknya bersih dan sepertinya trmasuk yg cukup bagus di kota Ambon.. tapi sayangnya suka ngaret atau telat2 gitu yg data2n pasiennya. Kecewa. Dan agak lama nunggunya.

  sudah dua kali kesana, klinik nya lumayanlah untuk ukuran AMBON dokter lumayan banyak lengkap dan dibawah ada apotik, ada parkiran khusus pula, senang lah ada klinik yang memadai di AMBON buat kami para pendatang
