  They not equiped with proper Knowledge! Ironing for 2 hours ONLY jeans and 2 work pantas and 10 long sleeves. Jeans ONLY folded not iron based oN our request. But 2 hours finished less than 30 pcs (get them more training!)

  Will book for move in cleaning, but even CS is not nice, arrogant and cannot answer the question. Move in cleaning cost idr 1.7 mio, is it normal u expect a nice knowledgeable customer service? If at first encounter the service already bad, how i trust to use their service??

  Terrible experience:
  1. They kept rescheduling my appointment
  2. They didn't do a complete job (cushions are not cleaned while they are part of the sofa)
  3. They asked me to pay more money saying that the sofa was of XL size (they don't specify measurements anywhere)
  
  Even the quality of work was not great.
  I would not recommend them to anyone.
