Sorry to say this, but better buy another PIA, this one has the worst service ever, if the sales not many they allowed to buy by gojek, and very friendly, but if lots of request they become so snob and rude, very disappointed with how they treated the customer, hope they got some lesson if one day that no one not gonna buy it because of their behaviour

In regard to taste, their products are decent.
However, bother comming.
They have limited selection when you walk in to the store
When you call to make order in advance, they act disrespectful to you. Making costumized request and/ or correction order is prohibited, no matter how many days in advance you ask them.

Nothing special, long queue, unfriendly service. Just buy your pias in stores like Khrisna. You won't be dealing with long queue, they taste almost the same anyway. While you at it, you can buy other souvenirs with cheap price too.

The "pia" or traditional chinese cookies stuffed with green bean paste come in 3 varieties chocolate, cheese and green bean paste. Taste is good as its much richer than traditional "pia". Always long line especially during major holidays as it is now the "it" gifts from Bali. 1 person only allowed to purchase 2 box of 8 pia each. Come early if you want to get them.

Good but its not special. I'm not that crazy person to spend time for taking long queue for the "oleh-oleh pia legong". I found the same quality pia in airport or another oleh-oleh shop. Those pia are from Bali anyway

Harga pianya kemahalan, karena, rasa nya BIASA saja. Hanya orang yg masih gila hype saja yg masih mau ngantri panjang & beli pia ini.
Overpriced pias due to the mediocre taste. Only those who are still hype crazed would want to get on the suspiciously long queue to buy the overrated pias.
There are still way better pias out there, and, without the hassle.

The famous pia legong that you can't buy anywhere else in Bali. The shop is small and the queue is usually very long. Some people can cut the queue if you know (or paid) the staff which pissed me off. Services should be better if this cake is so famous.

Go to the store at 9, but the queue from 8am less already there. Most people are lining up around the store, they are queued for brokers. Some brokers have been standby to deposit money to the resident. Do not be surprised if your queue in pieces by them, better order by phone 1 week before, you can directly enter without queuing.

Overrated brand. I cannot finish one single pia because it is too fatty for me. But good to bring this as 'oleh-oleh' to impress your friends / colleagues / bosses.
