Stayed in the bungalow, which was amazing. However, the location is too far from the Kuta beach. Not recommended if you don't like to walk, though the hotel rents motorcycle.
I also do not recommend families with children because the guests were mostly foreigners where load music and alcohol were common views.
Bungalownya bagus banget. Tempatnya asri. Tp jauh dari pantai. Dan masuk jalan kecil.
Bagi yg ingin meniknati pantai dan gak suka jalan jauh, tempat ini gak pas, meski ada sewa motor.
Juga gak cocok utk kekuarga dg anak kecil karena terlalu banyak bule yg pesta pora dg musik keras dan minuman alkohol tentunya.response / report this review -

Overall 3 star only due to below.
Good:
Very beautiful landscape. You'll have 2 pools. There are few "chill pad" or gazebo all around. Relaxing music is playing 24 hours, dont worry will not bothering the guest.
Staff were mostly friendly. They can give assisstance when you need.
Bad:
We stayed at the room which has some sort of open bathroom. At the morning, maintenance/ builder guy was walking up there! Manangement should not allow this to happen in the 1st place!response / report this review -

Nice location, very stylish interior and pool areas. DreamRoom was smelly though, breakfast was pretty small portion and did not come with all the add-ons on the menu.
Staff was not motivated at all. We asked for directions and got sent away with a sheet of paper without any further explanations.response / report this review -
