Kinda “Okay” place to go but 2 reasons why I avoid this place because
    1. Mostly unaccessable to Grab drivers so they can’t pick me up there due to the “Conventional Taxi Drivers” who didn’t let people drive with “Ride- Hailing App” drivers and sometimes they forces me to ride with them and putting high prices for the fare. OMG WHY CAN’T I HAVE MY FREEDOM TO RIDE WITH GRAB?!

    2. The place is 40% empty. Yeah you saw the front area. Now look at the back area. Empty as Ghost Town.

3 stars cuz there’s a cinema that has affordable price.

A standard mall that is partially air conditioned, rather dirty in some places, but a good variety of shops include a supermarket, department store, restaurants, and a cinema.

I like it there. But I was kinda sad cause THE ICE SKATING RINK IS NOT THERE ANYMORE. I mean cause I love ice skating and I can't ice skate anymore. I have to wait till December or June to go back to my hometown and go ice skate. If someone know where I can ice skate please tell me ㅠ ㅅ ㅠ

As holder provinces name, kepri mall still far from people expectation as provinces business center in batam. Still have some empty slot of store and not much activities at shop floor. Have good access to public transportation - trans batam.

The most interesting feature of this mall is the rented of various rides for kids. My last visit was November 2017, they charge Rp20,000,- to Rp35,000,- per 15 mins depending on the rides. The carrefour in Kepri mall also comes handy.

Cineplex, Timezone arcade, Matahari & Carrefour (all looks pretty new or well kept) holds up the attraction value of this mall. A gym at the top floor. Huge mall but nothing much here. Most of the shops are catered to the locals. Usual suspects in F&B are here. Many empty shops in the older wing.

The mall is not too crowded, even on weekends. I like not-too-crowded malls. 😊

This mall could do better! Just because there are celebrity fitness and carrefour, people would actually go there. If not? I don't know what else.

One of the few malls in Batam with enough parking spots, Kepri Mall has a variety of shops ranging from clothing, food and electronics (one of the best places to buy second hand laptops or fix computers). It's cinema: Blitz is one of the cheapest and most modern in Batam. Unfortunately, the biggest flaw of kepri mall is that it has fewer shops and activities compared to BCS and Mega Mall.

Kepri mall is newer, more peaceful, cleaner, tidier than nagoya hill. So I don't understand why nagoya hill is so more crowded.
The best mall i've ever visited in Batam.

It's not an American mall. I liked it. Numerous food & store vendors. A car dealership, motorcycles for sell. Vendors on main floor. Also only Carrefour on island.

A basic neighbourhood mall kind of place. In my opinion as a tourist, i think Kepri mall is only good for a quick convenient bite and beverage. They do have a space for road shows, clothing, books etc but i think their overall outlook and lack of visitors to the mall discourages me to look further here. Massage is available but i guess hotel massage is easily more preferred, if you are looking for something better. There is supermarket (Carrefour) around but i didnt manage to walk my way there There is a 24hrs convenience store around as well.

You'll love this mall if you're coming to Batam! Apart from the far location from everywhere else, everything seems to be complete in this shopping mall. You got variety of restaurants, shops, department store and even movie theatre! There's even a gym here, just amazing!!. Definitely recommend, as there's also a nearby hotel (Eska Hotel).
