  The house cleaners and security guard were all so lovely and hardworking! Never really saw the owner so I hope he's paying them a decent salary! Washing done on the same day, security guard awake when you come home at 3am! Honestly they seem overworked. You had to pay upfront with cash which seems a bit dodgy? And splitting a room didn't reduce the cost? Overall the workers were amazing, the owner not so sure?

  It was unpleasant stay for me personally. The place is clean and great cleaning service. However, the landlord have an unusual gesture for this kind of business that I find very inconvenient. Too stingy. I saw only one drinking water dispenser for whole 5 floor building. He limits everything. He enforced the guest visit hours but can not keep the guest respect silent hours. (Even he did not make silent hours). The room is not well-soundproofed, so you may find many night frustrating with the noise from neighbors. I don't think the security person have an adequate amount of rest. He overworks for 24/7. The gesture of the landlord employ him also make me want to give bad review about this business. You can never negotiate with the landlord, either. I think I saw another review about him specifically before I rent a room here and I completely confirm in just very first week staying there that you may not find this place is the best to stay. It's like having relationship with not-so-pretty person with bad attitude.
