Very big tea Plantation and nice staff but need more local guides to standby for Plantation tour

Another relaxing place in Malang. This is actually a Tea Factory located in Malang city border.
But, since people around visit this place oftenly every month, it became famous. Cheap ticket, fresh air, great view and quiet place make it perfectly for your weekend stress releasing choice.
They also have some small guesthouse/more like a villa. You can spend some night here as long as you want with small cost. It has a Tea House, restaurant. A little bit higher prices in here than in the city. But a lot cheaper than in a hotel beverages price. Lol
Go on and try, make it as your weekend destination and you won't regret it

Wonosari Tea Gardens, located in Lawang (East Java) is an agro plantation of 1,144 hectares of tea and has a panoramic view of the extraordinary natural beauty. This garden is in the highlands, with a range of 950 up to 1250 meters above sea level. The only tea garden in East Java which is managed as a tourist destination.
Some rides or games that can be encountered when visiting this place are :
*Seeing the process of processing tea leaves to ready consumption
*Hunting ornamental plants
*Exercising (jogging, volleyball, football, tennis, etc.)
*Tea Walk (walking around in the tea garden area)
*Soak in the hot springs
*See the mini zoo

This place is located 6 kilometres from Lawang, 30 kilometres to the north of the center of Malang city and is on the border of Malang and Surabaya.

A wide tea plantation but also theres tea factory in here. Its a nice place to spend holiday with family or just to road trip with friends. There are also cottage that can be rent just to sleep overnight.

Beautiful tea plantation on Malang
Accessible with car or motor, but recommended to Drive in rather than using a motor to the plantation
Using motor is definitely recommended, if you want to explore the tea plantation. Make sure not using usual motorcycle!

A great place to escape from busy days. There are cottages near camping ground with playground and some attractions and rides such as horse ride, mini train, flying fox. We also went to factory tour as a package when we booked a villa. We saw how tea leaves are processed and packed. Nice experience.

Good place for picnic with family. Nice view of tea plantation landscape and there are play ground for children. You can buy wonosari tea as souvenir. I thought it need more maintenance in public service like the toilet

It's a great place for refreshing alone, with friend or with family. There's a fresh air but a little cold, so don't forget to bring a jacket when visiting.

Great place for a refreshment and holiday with the family. It was a vast tea plantation. You can stay here, the air is cool and there is a playground for children. You can also look around the process of tea leaves. Overall, a great place to spend weekend with friends and family.

It is a nice place. Great for escaping crowd. Some activities for children also available. For those who want to know how tea bag is being proceed, you may take tour in the tea production factory.

Tea garden which also has this factory is one of the tea factory in Malang regency. This place has some gardens which although a little, but quite manicured. Here also there are some animals that dikandangkan, so not only a walk to see the garden, visitors can also see some animals such as deer and poultry.

Good weather but less view, except going inside Rollaas Hotel. Have another great view to Buduk Asu hill, but it need 1.5 hours walking through pines and woods.

This is the great place to do some short trip. Located in the Mountain Arjuno's hillside, so the atmosphere is cold. Enjoy the tea garden scenery with amusement park entertain for couple or family. I love the food too, very special and not expensive.
