Comfortable small home in a small village. The hosts provided food and drinks for free and helped me get to Ijen and further.

Nice place to stay in the local village! Super friendly people, good food, clean cosy rooms. Mr paing speaks good english always nice evening-talks with this guy.

Ce lieu est juste fantastique. Préparez vous à vivre un moment inoubliable dans ce petit village de mineurs. Si vous cherchez du confort avant Ijen alors passez votre chemin. Chez Mr Paing on vous propose de partager la vie du village. Restez y 2-3 jours ! Réserver directement la formule de 2 jours et demi ainsi vous passerez un peu de temps dans le village , apprendrez quelques mots de javanais, visiterez les plantations de cafe, les rizières, La cascade, rigolerez avec les locaux. Chung sera votre guide et parle bien anglais et meme le français un peu. Ramenez lui un tee shirt Quecha et il sera le plus heureux !

You're going to live with the locals in this small village. Small and basic room, but it's clean. The bathroom is clean either. House owner is very friendly and kind. We're a family of five and we don't regret staying here. The downside is the access road is kind of rough, it'd not too far from the main road tho.

Simple rooms with a family. Nice to stay there since it's quite close to Ijen volcano.
