Been there for my heart problem, admitted for a week and it was pretty expensive but worth the service. ER staff are responsive and immediately arranged specialists to come even when it’s not their practice time. Their cleanliness deserves my thumbs up. The VIP room was fine and staffs are all polite and friendly.

rumah sakit yang bersih dan nyaman. dokter kulit ibu Ariana spkk sangat ramah. sore hari rumah sakit ini sangat ramai dibandingkan siang hari. enaknya ada restaurant jadi bisa makan sambil menunggu. lokasi rumah sakit ditengah kota. sekitar rumah sakit bertebaran rumah makan di jalan teuku umar.

Do not trust anyone in this hospital. They're all professional liars! Their goal is to rip you off as much as you they can, especially if you're a foreigner.

My wife gave birth here, this is why I want to write this review. Before the birth, doctor was clear that c-section was not necessary. We were expecting a normal birth.

We didn't use any pain killer, and also measured contractions so we could predict the birth time. During the wait, nurses didn't even measure the contractions.

They only measured the opening and they MISINFORMED us about the opening. Their strategy is to make the mother feel like there is still long time to born the baby. They were very pushy about changing our mind to prefer c-section (so they can charge a lot of money!)

30 minutes before the birth, my wife began screaming because of the pain. The nurses approached my wife like snakes and told her "There is still 7 hours to wait, you can choose c-section if it's too painful". My wife said no.

15 minutes before my wife gave birth, they told my wife that it was too early to give the birth and they have to inject anesthesia to stop her from pushing the baby. This is how they trick mothers because if you accept the anesthesia, this time they'll force you to do c-section because your legs will be num and they'll say "you can't push the baby, we'll do section".

I HAD TO FIGHT them to get the service I wanted to get. I FOUGHT the whole night to make the doctor come to hospital, and give the birth. And fortunately, it was a normal birth as we wanted.

After the birth, I talked to bunch of local Balinese people and they were telling me that more than half of woman do c-section even it's not necessary.

Beware about this hospital. They are GREEDY SCAMMERS.

My note for the owner: The nurses in your hospital are very professionally trained for lying to the mothers and this shows how evil you are. But this time, you tried to trick the wrong person.

I’ve injured my ankle and my insurance company sent me to this hospital. We checked in fast They made X-ray, gave me some medicine. Everything was good no complaints.

My insurance covered all expenses I even have no idea how much it was.

Credit card scammed!!! I used my credit card only Inntals hospital! It was scammed and money stolen. Careful! Don't pay by card!!! The hospital in general is ok.

First time experience, I took the MCU and quite happy with the service here as the staff who handled me were helpful and friendly. The cashier needed to be more polite though. Some staffs were clueless there. Please keep improving.

WORST HOSPITAL EVER !!
1. You have to wait for registration on UGD / Accident and Emergency department for a long time which never like that on other hospital, or they won't treat you, they don't understand what EMERGENCY meaning.
2. Worst administration ! slow work. Let's say you have to wait for a queue about 15 - 30 minutes for a doctor, but you have to wait 45 - 60 minutes to pay for it.
3. When asking if a vaccine available for today, they said it is available, when we come to the doctor to take the vaccine it is not available.

Really have bad experience over there

I m Indian.. I came here for vacations.. With my family. My sister have stone in her kidney.. Suddenly here.. She felt pain in her kidney.. And we moved to this hospital and they charged 841100 rupeha from us for 1 injection.. They have not provided us a single glass of water to the patient for the medicine. How can they save the life of patient. They charged 500000 rupeha for emergency consultation.This is very poor hospital. How can they secure life of patients. Ridiculous experience. Never expected.

I spent almost a week in this hospital back in March 2014 because of a dengue fever. Good doctors and polyclinic service. However, the bathroom in the room where I was treated was rather dirty, it looks like it haven't been cleaned for years. Quite disgusting, need a major cleaning.

Broke my foot, they send me back home with a bandage, after a week of lots of pain, they have me come back. They quoted me 6 million for a simple cast, I didn't have that money and my insurance didn't reimburse so they recommended a brace. a week later (2 weeks after the break) swollen foot, lots of pain, I went to Sanglah hospital. They corrected kasih Ibu's mistake and were laughing over the brace they wanted to treat with me with.
They made me a beautiful cast for 700.000 rupiah and my foot is finally getting treated.

1550000 for a basic tooth decay treatment with temporary feeling.. With equipment from the 70s never go there ever. Many dental clinics much better in bali none this expensive!!!!

One of the worst waiting time in my life. My appointment booked for 10AM but the Doctor just showed up at 12 with operation excuse. Also paid about IDR 500,000 ish for 10 mins ultrasound 4D? So not worth it. Not recommended. The toilet also very dirty.

My girlfriend had a few issues that needed a second opinion so we came here. That's exactly what it we got, a second opinion. The doctor didn't even take the time to examine her, just repeated everything the first doctor said. He really seemed like he didn't want to be bothered with it.

Regardless, we came back and it was at this hospital that we learned my girlfriend was pregnant. She had come here for several things and each time, I was never satisfied with her treatment.

We waited almost two hours because we wanted to use their best prenatal doctor, but the first exam was about 10 minutes and he didn't really give us much. He prescribed a generic Zophran for her morning sickness, which after I researched it, found out there is a lawsuit in the US because of birth defects. i took her off the pills and got her some sea bands, which worked beautifully. the puking stopped immediately.

I finally got fed up with this hospital and we found a doctor that we love over at BROS. Still, double check every procedure and medicine that these doctors prescribe here. they don't do much in the way of continuing education and I've found that many of them know little more than what they were taught in medical school. You have to be in control of your own health when in the jungle.

This is the worst/most unprofessional hospital in the world. I took my friend to see one of the emergency room doctors (an older woman named Dr. Ina) when he was suffering from a severe sinus infection. Dr Ina managed to give him some medication that he was allergic to, and he ended up having a severe reaction. She didn't even ask him about his allergies!!! Thank god he went to BIMC afterwards and got some real treatment. What a joke of a hospital.

I had four days dengue fever when I came in. My insurance transferred me from Banyuwangi to this hospital. Such a relieve to get welcomed by English speaking nurses in a modern hospital. And they asked me questions, I haven't been asked in the other hospital. They clean the room every day, you can choose the food from the menu and everyone very helpfull

I had diarrhea on my 5th day and went to this hospital. They were very professional and the doctor very helpful and spoke well English. They took some blood samples and a poop test and told me what it was. After that they gave me some medicine. I don't know the bill as my insurance covered it, but I highly recommend this hospital to anyone

What a nightmarish so called hospital. Maybe this is the Balinese standard for a hospital but to me this was only a reason to warn other people. Was admitted with my partner after accident 2 years ago. My partner died due to ignorance and lack of skills. I was rescued by my insurance..had a high fever. After removing my cast insects were found under itplus a flesh eating bacteria. Unfortunately I lost my leg but still alive thanks to my insurance. This is not a hospital but a danger to human health. Stay away from this place! They don't know what hygiene is and put your life on risk. Miss my wife and unborn baby.
