This resort is a big disappointment! The room was dusty and we even found spider webs inside the wardrobe and cupboards. We sneezed a lot during our 5 days stay whenever we sat on the coach, even after the house keeping vacuum the coach and pillows. They should've known guests are coming but don't even care to do general cleaning. Not to mention the aircon problem and at the first night we are running out of hot water in the middle of the night.
The only reason I gave 2 stars, was because of the room equipped with kitchen so we can cooked or reheat food and a spacious balcony overlooking the swimming pool. I thought Karma is a big name. What a shame!

The service is wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is located 10min walk from Jimbaran beach which is a great place to catch sunset and have a fresh seafood dinner. It has a great courtyard and pool area. Hotel is very clean and well kept.

Good food, nice people but the customer service is horrible! We booked a room for 5 people and werw put in a 1 bedroom unit. They didnt give us a new room and 1 of our kids had to sleep on the dirty floor.

This place is very convenient for people visiting Bali. Away from kuta but not much far. Nearby there is an Indian restaurant also and the beach. Very decent place in Bali.

I stayed at the villas here and the building itself is very nice. Lovely rooms and great service. However I can't help but notice that the bathroom designs are not ideal. Toilet paper holder a bit too far. Shower head a bit too close to the wall. Also the stove was broken when we visited. Great location but there were just too many little inconveniencea here and there for me to give a 5 star review.

All villas have private pools. Close to beach for lovely sunsets over Jimbaran Bay. Staff is friendly and helpful without be obtrusive. The area is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. Restaurant serves all meals and has excellent wine list.
